The media could not be loaded. There were SOOOO many issues w this iPad, where to begin? •Took a full 3 minutes to start. •Slow to move on to next screen •Slow response/loading times •DOESNT SUPPORT APPS LIKE TIK TOK AND CHATGPT (MAJOR problem) •Couldn’t create an Apple ID. The email I chose was available it literally just wouldn’t let me create an ID and gave no explanation as to why •Weird, unmissable watermark (scratch?) on the back •Came with generic charger (why?) •ipad is clearly worn down, tattered; not at all in the “like new” condition advertised. I probably should have known better seeing as this was only $100 but still. That’s no excuse for passing off a lemon iPad for a quick buck. Sorely disappointed. ... show more

    • Older model, but works!
This iPad is in great condition. For those of you worried that it isn’t a new enough system to download certain apps, like YouTube Kids, there a way around that. Go into your App Store, click on PURCHASED, find the app you want, and then select yes if it asks if you want to download the version that works on that system. We had to do that and it’s fine for my 4 year old. Great price for the purpose we bought it for. ... show more

We ordered this for my 2 yr old instead of a phone and she loves it. Just the right size for her & it’s wonderful! Arrived the next day and doesn’t go slow at all. Stays charged!

If you’re wanting this for movie or show streaming look somewhere else. Most of the streaming apps won’t download unless iOS 15 is available

2 of the 3 mini iPads are responsive. One not so much. They were refurbished and older generation so it is to be expected.

    • Will keep, but has significant problems
I've bought referbs before and there's always something. The adapter plug works, but the power cord does not work and must be replaced. The Home Button identifies fingerprint just fine, but won't function for a double tap to bring up the main screen. The battery is now taking a charge, but very slowly. While the screen is on, the back feels warm to the touch - definitely over 100 degrees F. Other than that, the Ipad mini functions as it should. I will keep it. Also, a 1/4 inch strip of the screen along the home button side is not projecting correctly. The battery max ability is 57 percent. I really don't know what they refurbished.
