After I used this Mini for a week or so, I want to say: Where Have You Been All My Life? Yes, it's an older version, but that didn't bother me at all. In fact, it was a plus, because I got it at a good price and it allowed me to test out just how the Mini would work for me. So far, it's been fantastic. I currently own or have access to 3 iPads. One is an iPad 2, which is so old, it's almost worthless. But I own an older iPad Air and use a new iPad Air at work. Both of these I use for different purposes, but really wasn't all the productive with them. Now, this Mini looks like it will be a better productivity tool for me because it's so portable. I've used it as my carry around device at work and been able to use it for email, conduct Zoom calls, and get some light-to-medium writing done with it. In the past, I was forced to carry around a low-eight Chromebook with a case. Because I write novels in my free time and am on the go a lot, I bought a Zagg keyboard for it and it seems like a great combination to write when I'm the move or stuck somewhere unexpectedly with time on my hands. Only complaint about it, is that it obviously has an older battery. Battery life not so great, so will soon replace, but even after that, it’s still a great bargain. I would highly recommend this sellers iPad mini 5th generation refurbished.

Received it early. Much better condition than what I thought. Like brand new. Yes, it only has 64gb of storage but for a mini ipad, it is wonderful. It works much faster than my old ipad 4. The screen is also brighter. The battery condition is rated at 87 percent which is also better than I expected. I plan on using for gps and kindle reader. Occasionally spreadsheets and writing. Also it is home for my bible reading. All in all I am very pleased with it. I compared the iPad mini 6 and couldn’t justify the price difference. Also I like the width of the bezels. It is easier to hold and I still like the physical button on the front. It makes it easier to log in, for me anyway. All my accorded from my 4 fit the 5 so that is another cost savings. I laid the 6 next to the 5 and the screen isn’t all hat much different. Yes, the 6 is quicker but not by that much. ... show more

Do not buy this IPad. When it arrived it had deep scratches on the screen. We got it fully charged and then the battery died 3 hours later just sitting on the counter. I understand that it was refurbished, but to me that mean it has no scratches or cracks and has a new or working battery. When we reached out to the seller for a return they told us we had to pay shipping. I’ve had prime for 6 years and have never had to pay for return shipping. Also, if the iPad was up to their standards for resale they would charge us 20% of the original price on top of the postage even though the iPad didn’t meet our standards. We were very unhappy with this purchase. 10/10 would NOT recommend. ... show more
