Very pleased with the iPad Air 13-inch, it is a wonderful upgrade to my 10-year-old iPad Pro 11-inch. I was hesitant about going to the 13-inch version, but so glad I did, especially with the latest IOS 26 software. The graphics are wonderful, and the speed is adequate for my needs. I am very happy with this purchase. I'm not an apple fan but my employer requires I have an iPad for my job. I decided I wanted the Large screen and I am SO glad I got this. It's so much easier to see what I need. Definitely would get the large screen again in the future. I'm pleased with the battery life. It's got the wifi connectivity so I can use it to navigate when traveling, run all my systems and submit orders, respond to emails anywhere etc. The color is nice. Seems like a high quality product and the value of what I got for what I paid is awesome.

Hardware issue on new IPAD Air 13

I got it 11/2/2025 and it was sent back to APPLE today, there was a red vertical line on the screen so it was a hardware issue. I was told that it would be repaired or replaced. I said how will I know which, Best Buy said they would tell me when it was sent back. I have had it a week, haven’t made the first payment and why would I get a used replacement. I think when I get it back it’s being returned
