I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product when it arrived. The ipad came in almost new condition, with no visible signs of wear or damage. It was packaged securely and included all the necessary accessories, just as a new product would. The installation and setup were straightforward, and it started up with little issue. Performance-wise, it's been excellent, running smoothly and quickly. There is one small downside, though. The setup was a little glitchy and took several attempts to complete. No issues since though and everything works as expected. Overall, I'd recommend considering refurbished products for those on a budget or wanting to save money. Delivered promptly and seems to work perfectly so far. The battery seemed to draw down fairly quickly but I realized I had the brightness set on full. Dimmed it a bit and set to auto adjust and it lasts longer.

I bought this refurbished IPad Pro 12.9 1st Generation thinking it would probably not look super great because of its age but I was seriously impressed when I opened the package to find a pristine tablet,literally couldn't find a scratch and so far haven't had any issues with it. I really only use it for procreate. Oh and I got it alot sooner than I thought! It came 5 days before it said,so that's a plus. Definitely recommend the seller Tech wholesale! ... show more

**UPDATED 12/21/2018: Added back some stars. I was able to get the iPad Pro to charge on my iMac but it will no longer charge when plugged into an outlet. Inconvenient, yes, but not a complete waste. It does continue to work perfectly in every other way. Ordered this iPad Pro in December of 2017 to help launch my graphics business. Had to go refurbished to save money. I thought I purchased the added coverage, though now I cannot find any documentation of that. (if anyone can direct me where to look, please comment) Here I am in November 2018 and my iPad Pro will not charge. I've tried every possible charger, cleaned the port, did a hard reset, and still nothing. I have 20% battery left and when that's gone I'm done. I know buying refurbished is a crap shoot. Guess I should be happy with the one year I had with it? ... show more

So normally when I buy a renewed product Amazon does a good job of monitoring them. It usually works like new. Weeelll they missed one… got this for my sons birthday had to give him my newer IPad because this won’t run games it freezes. At the point of his bday when I set it up the return window had passed. All is do is draw color and read so I thought it would be ok… it’s not. Kindle barely loads. Typing it takes forever to catch up. I have to swipe numerous times for the scroll to work. It’s definitely just a used and factory reset situation not actually “renewed”. I can bare;y read on kindle that’s how bad it is. Forget coloring, or anything requiring more than just basic scrolling. Very disappointed. Amazon and/or seller dropped the ball. Not worth several hundred dollars at all. ... show more

Been using it 8 months no problems whatsoever. Charging goes to 100% albeit slowly with the accompanied 5 watt third party charger. My son has a 10 watt OEM charger which does the job way faster. But I just plug it in using the 3rd party at night and in the morning it's fully charged. And this large battery holds a charge like no other. I am now using a 24 watt Anker charger so everything USB is now charging fast. Otherwise I enjoy the split screen feature, speed, size and the lovely colors from the display. Sometimes I do a bit of writing, so the Apple smart keyboard works as a perfect complement. The speakers, 4 of them :) , are top notch for a tablet but when I feel like it, I pair to a Klipsch Three 80 watt bluetooth speaker to bring the house down or just allow me to fancy the high fidelity music. BTW this iPad still has aux port for wired or wireless connection to headphones or speakers. My daughter uses it for her favorite activity which is drawing, otherwise she uses a 2010 MacBook air that still works very well. I'm keeping this iPad for the quality Apple build and the operating system. Yes, this item at the discounted refurb price still costs more than the android tablets by a good margin. But as it is the closest thing to flawless tech gear IMO, I think the money is well spent. Lastly the Apple software upgrade is terrific. Mine is running iOS 11.2.5 smoothly and uses Touch ID I love it! ... show more
