The media could not be loaded. overall, it’s been a great purchase for the price. I mainly use it for watching shows, and it’s perfect for that—the screen is vibrant, and the sound quality is great for such a compact device. That said, I did notice something unusual. There’s an old engraving on the back, which I’m assuming is the name of a previous owner. It looks like they tried to cover it up with a silver line. While it doesn’t bother me since I just put a case on it, I can see how some people might not like the look if they prefer using the iPad without a case. The refurbished device was functional. However the battery of the device died on me quick. Could not use the product to its fullest potential. Also Seller is unresponsive when trying to communicate them for a return exchange/refund. Would recommend buying from different seller.

I wanted to wait to write this until I could get a feel for battery life because some reviews had me worried it would be draining fast and whatnot, but after almost two weeks I can confidently say that it’s absolutely fine. I draw for a couple hours at a time and it goes down around a normal amount; it is a bit slow charging though (I assume it’s because of the off brand charger they supply you with, I haven’t bought a genuine Apple charger for it yet, but even with the slow charge that’s fine. Just let it fully charge at night and it’ll last you through the day :)) It arrived bubble wrapped well in a box and I got excellent condition and that’s exactly how it came. No dents, scratches, or anything, they even supply you with a screen saver already on it. It's not a 2022 iPad Air. That'd make it the 5th gen. This is the 2020 4th Gen iPad Air. I knew this going in, but just wanted to let everyone else know! So far, it works fine; no visible wear and tear but it did come with a weird etched out area at the top. I'm assuming they engraved a block to cover a customized engraving? Came at 38% battery charge; I am using the authentic Apple charger rather than the third-party charger it came with. Loses battery charge quite quick? I'm not sure if that's the initial day but will update later on. Jan2025 Update: No issues here! This certified 2020 iPad Air I received made me a little skeptical that the battery life wouldn't be as reliable but I've had zero issues with it. Because it is an older model, of course the battery life is going to be worse than the newer generations. But I hardly let it ever get to 0% so it's not an issue for me. Great refurbished item. Came fast and was a good price. Looked fairly new with no marks or scratches on it. The color is very pretty. Storage is a nice amount and the screen is so big. Perfect for procreate app and I bought a pen for it. They did send the wrong charger and sent an iPhone charger instead of a c type charger which is what the iPad uses. I did write them about it and they apologized and gave me 2 options. They would either send another charger or refund me 15 so that I can buy one faster. I took the second option and got the 15 refund to purchase c type charger myself. So customer service was great and they wrote me back quick within 1 minute response. ... show more

Don’t get me wrong, fantastic device. The only problem for me that would be worth a star or two itself is there is NO HOME BUTTON. I knew this going in and I always have the accessibility option for an on-screen “button” enabled. I really only wanted this for the second gen pen pineapple Apple Pen…cil. I decided to get the 4 instead of the 5 because from what I read the spec differences were not worth the cost. The new processor differences weren’t worth the 200 dollar difference. REFURBISHED, MODEL DIFFERENCES- I got a refurbished, it was absolutely perfect. The charging cable was actually longer. I found a returned Apple Pencil 2 for 65 dollars, was able to max out the specs on this one for the same price as the new air 5 stock standard. The colors on this gen are super boring, but it’s always in a case so who cares. STORAGE- You can put so many apps on this that run perfectly. I’ve never seen it have a problem. KEYBOARD— The new keyboard is odd. I still haven’t quite figured it out yet. Passwords are cumbersome now. Some of it doesn’t make sense and does not feel organic at all. FOR ARTISTS AND WRITERS— As an artist by hobby more than profession, the pro was just always out of reach with regards to cost. Like, ffff how many major electronics can a normal person afford in this day and age? I have no frame of reference but I can say this pencil is PHENOMENAL, it’s like using an actual pencil. The pressure and sensitivity are incredible. If you take off the nib, the tip is actually made of gold, surprisingly. I can’t stand that the only way to charge it is to magnetically attach it to the side of the device, HOWEVER, it charges 2% in about 1 minute. ... show more
