So I ordered the one in rose gold in good condition I was very worried what it was gonna look like because I seen some in excellent condition and they had several scratches and dents, but I can say mine is in perfect condition. Looks brand new even came with the screen protector on already. There’s not a single scratch on the back of my iPad or the front it works good. The battery lasts a long time and the packaging was amazing. I’m glad I went for it. And like I said, I bought the one in good condition at a lower price and it still came like it was brand new. Runs fast, one scratch on the back it’s in great condition beautiful iPad actually love it. It is my first one the setup was very quick and easy the screen is bright i am in love with it honestly very comfortable to use the quality is excellent. Connected to my wifi with ease. It’s very light and portable in my opinion, durable as well. I can’t stop looking at it. All my apps are downloading fast everything is very smooth it’s an old gen so the battery life isn’t the best it drops pretty quick but I don’t mind keeping the charger around. 10/10 would recommend if you are on a budget and want a nice pretty iPad. Very satisfying. I did order the one without cellular and wifi but, but this one is cellular + wifi I’m not complaining at allllll thank you Amazon lol. ... show more

    • Product has battery issue--randomly restarts

Very dissatisfied with this purchase experience.. apparently "renewed" just means a defective device that was erased for the next sucker in line. After transferring everything over from another device and charging overnight to 100%, iPad worked for about 8 minutes before randomly instantly powering off. On restart, the battery says 1%, but then when you lock and then unlock it, it goes back to 100% battery capacity. Works again just fine until, 3 to 10 minutes later, it randomly does the same thing. Additionally, the screen responsiveness is uneven at best. If pressing a button on the screen it's fine, but if dragging the cursor around for a game or for painting or something where you need continuity as you move your finger across the screen, it doesn't work properly. Cursor randomly loses your finger's touch even as you drag it on the screen. Back to the defective battery/random restart issue: troubleshooting with Apple says it's a defective battery, and the software can't get a reliable signal about battery life, so the software thinks the battery is drained to zero then shuts down. According to Apple the only fix is a battery replacement. But there's the screen issue too. In other words, I was shipped a defective device. So much for "renewed." ... show more

Please do not hesitate to buy this it is amazing works great haven’t had any issues so far was overly excited and nervous because of some of the reviews but I’m so happy with my purchase and it was budget friendly it comes with the complete charger and everything was packed great
