I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The iPad I purchased arrived with a severely defective battery. Charging takes many long hours, and even when fully charged, the battery drains within about an hour of use. This makes the device completely unusable. What is even more frustrating is the response from customer service. Despite clearly explaining the issue, I was not offered a proper solution, replacement, or refund. Refusing to take responsibility for a faulty product is unacceptable. I expected a basic level of quality and support, even for a renewed item.
