When I looked at the pictures and read about it the iPad seemed like a good buy Got it today it's nothing like the pictures or how they describe its port A not C and don't charge when off It was light Very easy to break The screen quality had a delay Battery life It don’t charge when turned off so it took hrs Everything you buy to go with it is of lower grade I had a hell of a time finding a keyboard case and other things to go with it, Then I emailed the seller and asked how can I find anything for it with it being a 2018 model but with an A port they come back at me with a smart remake saying I dont know what you're issue is You got a good reply with you're smart ass as I asked for my money back I took full video and pictures of the ipad before sending it back Want to be a smart ass you lost my busines I'll be going some place else to get 3 all together ... show more

So I was really worried about the quality of the IPad after reading the reviews. But y’all let me tell you it was a great purchase. Although it didn’t come in the original box and had an off brand charger, it was in excellent condition. It wasn’t a blemish or scratch on it. AND it came with a protective screen already on it. Bought this for my daughter for her 10th birthday. She wanted it to use with the apple pencil. There was no visible difference in the device because it was refurbished. So far we have had no issues. Well worth the price.

My first time buying refurbished. But it works perfectly fine. It came in the original box. The box looked a little old but the tablet was A quality. Not a scratch on it. At least none that I can see. I also got a new charger. I’ve had it for about 3 weeks now and it works great. No complaints.

I bought this ipad because i really wanted one for college. the new ones are sooo expensive & said it would take over a month to get to me. this one came in 2 days & was 100 dollars cheaper. the battery life could be a little better but hey its a 3 year old ipad & its very functional! im very happy i made this purchase. just so you know this ipad is *rose* gold not gold & it didn’t come in the original box or with an apple charger. but i didn’t mind any of these things! ... show more

I’ve had this product for almost two months now and I’m very impressed with my purchase. I was very nervous and hesitant about purchasing a refurbished iPad but I’m glad I went forward with this one. It didn’t come in the original box it would’ve came in if it was brand new. However, it was in a nice fitted box and the iPad was wrapped very well. Also, it came with a charger and There were no scratches or dings on the front or back of the iPad. The battery life is good for it to be a refurbished iPad. Gave this to my mother for x-mas to replace an android based "cheap" tablet. This works so much better, so much so that she actually uses this because it doesnt freeze like the old tablet did.

Whether the item works or not. It’s not worth it. You see that it is prime shipping. Don’t believe it. It might as well shipped via USPS snail mail. They lose your package on multiple occasions and when contacted give false hope by “update delivery instructions” for next day shipping. But is also a farce. It may be a good product. But reality is, don’t buy it as a gift because 100% it will not come on time. Save your money and buy elsewhere. ... show more
