This computer is beautiful! Late 2015 iMac model. I couldn’t be more pleased. I was scared to death because it was pre-owned. Zero issues. It was well packaged, from West coast all the way to East coast, so it couldn’t bounce around in the box, yet it was very easy to unbox. It came with the Magic Mouse 2 and keyboard, already synced. They look brand new. All I had to do was charge them both. Very easy to set up the computer. I just followed the steps. It has the smallest little ding on the base. No biggie whatsoever. I had a 2009 IMAC which still works fine, but really wanted a new late 2015 27" IMAC which was supposed to be refurbished (which is fine). I received the IMAC in a new box that included all new components including screen tape over the 5000K monitor which indicates to me it is brand new. The IMAC works as advertised and the 5K Monitor is superb and has the clearest sharpest picture I have ever seen, much better than the 2009 IMAC. The IMAC starts up in less than 60 seconds and is blazing fast with the 2TB fusion drive with SSD. I purchased an extra 16 GB of DDC Ram and installed for about $90 bucks on Amazon for 24 GB of Ram. It is everything I wanted and would definitely advise anyone interested to purchase. The only con is the price but they do work forever if my 2009 IMAC is an indication.. ... show more

I am delighted with my purchase. The computer arrived on time and required a signature. It was packaged in a plain white (no graphics) box that was otherwise identical to the actual Apple box, with all the proper styrofoam inserts, etc. It had an original and never used Apple keyboard and mouse (both wireless). The white box was overpacked in a custom brown box and that was inside a large standard brown box. The computer looked brand new, with no visible signs of anyone ever having it unpacked before. It was the usual Apple screen protection, etc. It worked perfectly out of the box and it still does, after a few weeks. Let's hope that will continue. :-) As for the iMac 27" - it's a marvel to behold. The screen is perfect, huge, bright and contrasty. The large SSD part of the 2TB fusion drive makes for super fast start ups and wake ups. I didn't like the cheesy bluetooth keyboard and flaky bluetooth mouse and hooked up my old full size keyboard and wired mouse. Otherwise I love my new iMac! ... show more

Product showed up, worked fine, looked great. Then it didn’t. Ordered Dec 24 and then by May 10 th the hard drive was dead. Beware buying refurbished, and they didn’t want to help due to outside of three month warranty. My advice: buy new and get Apple care. Don’t waste time with refurbished or resellers of refurbished. ... show more

I’m loving this Mac! I keep forgetting the wonders that Apple computers do. It’s so overhyped that people forget about its true value. Do I think it’s overrated? Maybe a little. But it’s worth it. It’s worth every penny. This thing is a workhorse! With price comes with quality! And the same could be said with the opposite! The package arrived so fast! And Safe! I had to sign a signature too. Perfect condition! The packaging was meticulous too. I was not always happy with refurbished computers, but this one really trumped my expectations. I mean, as soon as I took it out of the box I was in heaven. I've always owned Macs, from Macbook Air to Macbook pro to my very first iMac right here, and during my journey I've tried some PCs here and there. How should I say this? If you just want to have something to use, buy a PC. But if you want to get your money's worth, buy a Mac. A refurbished one if you don't have the budget! I couldn't be more happy with this seller, really really great job! I also watched some youtube reviews about this particular model, and they all said great things about buying a CERTIFIED refurbished Macs. It just makes so much sense!! So So happy right now.     • Missing all items -keyboard, mouse pad, etc.
Honestly it looks like someone has used it. Lots of fingerprints on the screen. Only the iMac arrived. There was missing items such as mouse pad, keyboard, etc. I’m gonna return it and get the one from Apple where I can trust more. Many be $400 more but it’s worth it then having this one.
