So much easier to see and read than just my IPhone. Let’s me sit on my couch to catch up on emails or do training. Graphics are great, and has great storage for all my apps and files. We just bought another one for my wife. I put a cover with keyboard on it for durability, which is nice as the keyboard is detachable if I so desire. Great value for the money!

It was time to upgrade from my old iPad Pro 9.7 to a faster larger-screen model. I needed 1TB capacity, but when I saw the price of the latest 7th generation 13 iPad Pro, it was much more than I wanted to spend. So I looked at refurbished ones on Amazon. I found a refurbished-premium 6th generation (2022) iPad Pro 12.9 with 1TB of memory for $650 less than a comparable 7th gen. I decided to buy it because Amazon offered a 365-day money back guarantee on it since it was a premium refurbished model. Other than having an M2 processor instead of the newer M4, and a few other minor improvements, the 6th generation model is essentially the same as the 7th gen. I was nervous about spending $900 on a refurbished iPad, but it was in premium condition as described when it arrived and it has been working fine since then. Hopefully it will continue to perform as expected. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with the original Apple sync cord, which wasn’t a deal breaker since I already had several of them at home.

Extremely disappointed. It started off bad: device would not charge or turn on. I finally got it to start charging. It got to about 12%, stopped, I got it to charge to the mid 20s, it stops, and never started charging again. It came with a cord but no charging block. It didn't matter what cord, block, or socket I used - this device would not charge. Every cord/block/socket worked with other devices. It ridiculous that a defective refurbishment like this was put back into circulation. I should have just gotten the newest one directly from Apple. Hopefully the refund process goes much smoother.

Ordered the Apple 2022 IPad Pro 6th Gen {12.9-inch, Wi-fi, 512 GB} renewed premium because I wanted Face ID. I was nervous about spending that much money on a used IPad but I am so glad I did. It was in perfect condition and Apple Support helped me several times with some apps that did not set up right. I did not realize I should not use it or my IPhone I was using to transfer information until it was completely done. That probably caused the problems but Apple was very helpful. I was really concerned about them helping me with a 2022 product that I had not even purchased from them but there was no problem.
