Wasn’t expecting these to sound this clean. The bass is definitely there, but it’s not overhyped or muddy — just tight and balanced. Mids and highs are crisp too, which is what I really wanted. Bluetooth vs wired? Here’s how it works: when you use them over Bluetooth, you get everything — active noise cancelling (ANC), transparency/ambient mode, touch controls, built-in mic, auto on/off, and voice assistant support. But the second you plug in a 3.5mm cable, the headphones switch to passive mode — meaning all of that shuts off. No ANC, no transparency mode, no touch controls, no mic, no auto on/off. You basically just get basic wired audio like old-school headphones. It still works in a pinch, but you're giving up all the smart features. That’s why I mostly roll wireless — it’s just a better experience. Battery life is excellent — I’ve been getting about 40 hours with ANC off, and 30+ hours with it on. It charges back to full in around 2 hours. Plus, it’s got auto on/off when you unfold or fold the headphones, which helps conserve battery and adds to that premium feel. Bottom line — clean sound, smart features, solid mic, long battery life, lightweight and comfy, and backed by a strong warranty. And at nearly 50% off? No regrets. The first pair I ordered looked slightly used and the battery wouldn't charge past 10%. I asked for a replacement and it arrived within a week. The replacement pair appears to be *brand new* and works flawlessly. I got mine for $159. Just an amazing deal.

Arrived pretty quickly, works good as new! No cosmetic issues or scratches, the cups only look slightly worn but hardly noticeable (and even then, they’re easy to replace in the future). I chose these over the XM5’s due to consistent reports of hinge issues and because they’re too bulky for my taste. I like the look of older headphones more, but to each their own. I got these refurbished, they came in the original case but not the box which is fine. Easily the best headphones I’ve ever owned! No connectivity issues, and they fit so comfortably. The only thing I have noticed is that they don’t seem to hold their charge for long which is odd, so if that continues, I may return unless I can pinpoint the issue. That’s the perk of having these refurbished headphones, they come with a 90 day warranty. Aside from this, I will echo what others have said about the NC causing some pressure. If you have no music playing or just not playing loud enough, sometimes the NC mode can feel like pressure on the ears. I think it depends on your environment. Overall, these were such a steal! Highly recommend purchasing refurbished items, and this seller seems quite trustworthy. This was a great first impression :) ... show more
