I bought this for my kids and it has been a huge hit. I have a small area in my office with astroturf where they can kick a soccer ball around, and I wanted an easy way for them to watch short training videos. This thing is perfect. I keep it in portrait mode because we use YouTube Shorts for soccer drills. The kids just swipe through a playlist of moves like the McGeady spin and try them right away. They also use it as a giant scoreboard when they play small games. Since it runs the Google Play Store, they can grab whatever apps they want. It also works great as a big YouTube Music player so they can listen to music while kicking the ball around. The portability is awesome. The base is solid and it rolls smoothly on concrete and wood floors. Even on the small patch of astroturf in my office it moves well enough that the kids can reposition it without any trouble. Support has been incredible. I had trouble getting my Google Work account set up on it. It turned out to be an Android issue, not an ApoloSign issue, but their team still stepped in to help. Didn’t even turn on. No phone number to get in touch with support. Call Amazon support and it’s just the same things that are in their flyer or information packet so that was zero help. I was really excited about this and I had waited to order one and I thought I had done my due diligence. After spending hours, trying to get it to work and bugging the crap out of ChatGPT, we decided that it was the power cord was corrupt or broken, and did not supply enough power to the machine. We tried five different outlets. We took it apart and put it back together again. We left no stone unturned. Obviously we have a lot of times since we couldn’t get in touch with support. They’ve had it back for a couple days and apparently I don’t get the money back until February 5. I had two other returns that day and the money was in my account within 24 hours. Suffice it to say I wouldn’t order from this company. From now on one of my requirements is that if it says support, I’m gonna check and see if there’s a phone number.
