I usually wear size 9,5. Ordered first pair was a 10 and very small. Decided to give it a try on size 10,5/11 which is 44 and fits perfectly with socks on. Foot feels secured and shoe is comfy. Nice looking shoes, and appear to be well built, however, I wear a 9.5 and because of other reviews, I ordered a 10.5. Would not have mattered if I had ordered a 12, the shoes are so narrow, I can not get my foot in them. I would recommend if you have very narrow feet or maybe a female.

I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes provide excellent support. One thing I really like about these shoes is the tongue is attached on one side so getting these on is much easier than ever. And the look is beautiful. I wear them everyday and just love how they feel.

I have worn La Sportiva shoes, both approach and climbing since the 1990s. Never had a pair that would not fit until now. The tongue is sewn to the shoe on one side and the shoe is just too small and I ordered a 10.5 USA and normally wear a 10 and it still didn't fit.

Ordered half size larger than usual and still couldn’t get my foot into the shoe. Perhaps selling a ladies shoe labeled as a man‘s.

These are quite narrow and definitely not for people with higher foot arch.
