This sectional is great value. I love that the plastic wicker is multi colored. It gives it more texture and contrast. Lots of configurations available having 7 pc. It took the afternoon to assemble but it wasn't difficult, just time consuming. Everything went together fine. I was surprised to find that there were no fasteners to hold the units together, so after we picked our arrangement, we used zap straps underneath. This worked well. The cushions are a nice thickness, comfortable to sit on and the back cushions are extra thick. I am a bit confused on how they are to be fastened. They came with toggle hooks which I think are meant to go into the wicker, which holds them perfectly in place but seems to cause stress on the fabric. So I also tried just connecting them to each other to help hold them. This works too but not as well. Lastly, there was a hole in the one corner piece but didn't affect the look, comfort, or structure so I didn't return it.

Loooove this set. I did take notes for you guys, so you could have more input about setup, since these reviews hint it can take a long time. I did all the setup by myself & it took 5.5 hours in total, which i divided into two days. It was delivered in two separate boxes which were PACKED tightly. The cushions are vacuum sealed & stuffed into the wicker furniture. Some of the seals had broken however, so getting them out of the packaging took elbow grease. It took between 12-15 minutes to unpack one box & remove all plastic. The instructions were easy to follow, & they didn’t cause me to waste time by attaching incorrect pieces together. Everything is well-labeled. Do remember to tighten in rounds (like trueing a wheel), or else some of the screws will fight you when you try to drive them in. The wicker is BEAUTIFUL & the cushions are COMFORTABLE. Very durable & good quality. I got black cushions which is of course quite hot in the sun. No problem with a sun shade or tent though. I was delighted that a cover was included. It requires that you move all the furniture into a tight rectangle however, & that’s why I’m giving one less star. I live in the PNW, so i end up putting the cover on regularly for the rain. It’s annoying to move the furniture every time, & i can’t fit the table under the cover (unless i were to put it atop the other furniture before covering). I end up leaving the chairs in this bed formation & sitting on them that way. Which is also actually great! I have slept comfortably on them this way for a whole night. All in all, really great quality for the cost & these things are my pride & joy.

Customer service is amazing! We ordered the 7 piece set and it came in 2 boxes, very quickly. It takes a little time to assemble, but being lightweight, it's very simple (only 2 different sized screws). When assembling the sofa box, I noticed I was missing one of the side pieces and had an extra of the other side, causing me not to fully assemble the set. I reached out to customer service and got a response within a few hours. I explained what happened and sent them a few pics so they could see. I explained I had family coming in to town for the holiday weekend and we were looking forward to using our new patio set with them. The rep I was talking to understood, apologized and expedited the correct part. I received it in a few days and I have to say, the set fit perfect on our 10x10 patio. It is very sturdy, looks good and very comfortable. The seats are nice and deep and the cushions are nice and soft. The backrest cushions link together and don't blow away. They say you get what you pay for, but this patio set is above and beyond! Definitely worth the purchase!!!

Gist: Great set. Makes hanging out in the yard more comfortable. Can be arranged in different ways. Sturdy enough. Easy to clean. Love the look and how it transform the space. Decent price point. The installation is straightforward enough. However, it's a long and tedious process if you're doing it yourself. If you got children, be sure to utilize that free child labor. Have extra Allen wrenchs on hand. Took us roughly 1.5 hours. Could be done in 30 minutes with proper power tools. Instruction is clear enough. Missing instructions for some parts but self explanatory with some common sense. The triangle looking clips that's in a zip-lock bag are to connect the chairs together from underneath. Cushions need time to fully "inflate". So take them out of the bag first before starting on the installation to get a head start. Cushions have these stretchy clip thingys at the end to connect the cushions together. BETTER yet, use them to clip to the chairs themselves for a more solid and less sloppy looking setup (see pic). Just push the hook into the chairs between the weavings Overall, enjoying the look and extra comfort it brings to my backyard. Two thumbs up!
