I spent a lot of time looking at different patio sets before deciding on this one, and I am SO happy with my choice. It honestly looks even better in person than I expected and feels much more expensive than the price would suggest. Assembly: Putting everything together was very straightforward. The pieces were easy to identify, everything lined up well, and the instructions were easy to follow. Once assembled, the furniture feels sturdy and solid rather than flimsy or wobbly. Quality & durability: I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The metal frames feel strong, the wood-look accents are beautiful, and the overall construction feels like it will hold up well. The cushions and fabric also feel substantial and well made. Obviously I can’t speak to years of use yet, but my first impression of the durability is excellent. Comfort: This was one of my biggest concerns when ordering patio furniture online, and I am VERY happy with the comfort. The cushions are thick, supportive, and comfortable enough to actually sit outside and relax for an extended period of time. The seats don’t feel overly small or shallow, either. Appearance: This is probably my favorite part. The cream cushions, black frames, and warm wood accents are gorgeous together. It has a clean, modern look while still feeling warm and inviting. It looks much more high-end in person and completely transformed my patio. Size: The proportions are great. You get a substantial seating area without the furniture feeling huge or bulky. The coffee table is also a really nice size for the set and gives you plenty of usable surface space. Overall: I honestly don’t have anything negative to say at this point. It exceeded my expectations in appearance, comfort, quality, and ease of assembly. If you’re debating this set because you’re nervous about ordering patio furniture online, I would absolutely recommend it. I would purchase it again without hesitation!

Okay, I'm officially that neighbor who sits outside just to admire her own furniture – and I'm not sorry! Bitter disappointment! The set was similar but not identical to the one pictured. The only way to sit is to lean way back, and the metal slats are easily felt through the cushion. It is totally uncomfortable. The set arrived in two boxes that are so heavy I cannot move them. I am 77, and the UPS man could somehow move them. Now, to return them, I am supposed to drop them off with UPS. They are too large to fit in my car even if I could lift them. I will research a better way. In the meantime, think long and hard before you buy this product.

Arrived in two complete boxes without missing hardware. Ergonomic seats offer great back support, and cushion covers are removable for easy washing. The whole structure is stable with great weight capacity, stylish for backyard gatherings. Highly recommend.

Packaging was intact with all parts labeled, assembly was super quick. The powder-coated metal frame feels solid, and the 4-inch thick cushions are soft and supportive. Faux wood tabletop is scratch-resistant, perfect for my balcony. Very satisfied with this outdoor set.
