I bought this for my aging parents who are still living independently in their house. They needed a place to store their trashcans that conformed with the HOA rules for their neighborhood and this looked like an ideal solution. The product went together easily enough and is sturdy. The one complaint I have is a design choice that really only impacts someone like my elderly parents: the opening has a frame rails at the bottom even when the doors are open, and this creates a hardship for my parents to get the (full) trashcan over that rail. Returning the empty cans is not a problem because the weight is not an issue. The dimensions were accurate to the description, the unit came with everything we needed (no missing parts), and the assembly was very straight forward. I will note that this is not a 'pretty' or 'attractive' box - but it does meet the requirements that the HOA set, so we are investigating how we might paint or decorate the storage unit. The lifting lid is a nice feature, by the way - meaning you don't have to open the doors just to throw a garbage sack into the bin.

***Don't ever buy from a third party seller....I had an incredibly unsatisfactory experience dealing with the Aoxun Seller on Amazon. I reached out to them first because i didn't receive all my boxes at one time when i paid $99 for express shipping... they came different days in 4 different boxes. When I received a product 2 boxes were damaged but didn't know the extent until we finally had the chance to put it up. I called Amazon and also reached out to their customer service for assistance. I realized that contacting the Aoxun Seller was anything but straightforward. They were slow to respond and then kept asking for the same information over and over as if they didn't get it all 4 times that i sent it multiple pictures and emails. When they finally did reply, it was evident that they were disorganized and lacked a basic understanding of the issue I had. They showed no empathy or compassion to want to assist. They definitely had no intention to resolve the problem or want to help. Instead of offering a swift and simple solution, I was left in a seemingly endless loop of back-and-forth messages. My overall impression of Aoxun Seller's customer service is one of apathy and inefficiency. I am VERY dissatisfied and will never purchase from this seller. In a marketplace as competitive as Amazon, customer service is a critical factor, and Aoxun Seller definitely doesn't have it. I hope that the Aoxun Seller takes this and works to improve their customer service to prevent future customers from encountering similar issues like others have. I wish I would've read others issues before I purchased.

Took 2 of us 6.5 hours to put together. The directions are only pictures. No words or explanation as to which side to attach where. Until the doors (last steps) we had to redo every piece. I think the shed will do the trick for what I want it for but made for a very long day

Let’s start with this, you are going to need 5 hours and a case of beer to put this thing together. It has over 30 pages of directions. But halfway through putting this together I had a buddy show up, and he was cussing me out within an hour because he was now helping me put this together. But when the process was over, and after a dozen beers, I only had a handful of parts left over and it is pretty nice.

Missing some braces, wasn't what I was expecting the top is very fragile and when hoping and closing you have to be careful it looks like it will warp. I had to purchase braces to complete the assembly. I didn't verify all pieces before starting the assembly.
