The media could not be loaded. The gazebo arrived in two boxes, very well packaged with extra protection on the corners—everything was in perfect condition. The material looks strong and high quality, and the posts are thick and stable. It can be firmly fixed to a concrete floor, which gives me confidence it will hold up well in wind or rain. I have an 8×15 patio area and this 10×12 size fits perfectly across it. I’m planning to set the posts in concrete and later add cross beams for support, maybe even let grapevines grow over it, it’s going to look beautiful! The sloped roof design is great for drainage, and the structure feels really solid. It’s stylish, practical, and offers great value for the price. Highly recommended! I’ll update with photos once it’s fully set up.

The project went well and we are happy with the result. The instructions were clear. We live in a heavy snow area, so we are concerned about snow build up on the roof. Of course, we read the warnings about keeping the roof cleared after 2 inches. The roof panels are not as sturdy as the very sturdy structure itself, so we will have to be careful or later on replace the roof.

I recently added this pergola to my backyard and I couldn’t be happier! I hired two men to install it, and it took them about 3 hours from start to finish. The instructions were clear, and once it was up, it instantly transformed my outdoor space. The media could not be loaded. Very pleased with this Gazebo. The structure is sturdy and feels very well built, the heavy duty frame and sloped roof design give it a premium, durable feel. The installation instructions were clear, and once assembled, it looked absolutely beautiful against our deck. It provides just the right amount of shade and protection from the elements, turning our patio into a comfortable outdoor living space. The materials are excellent quality, and it feels like something that will last for many seasons.

Don’t buy this very poor quality. Starting with the delivery the item arrive bend and extremely poor packaging. I was disappointed cause rhw boxes are heavy and complicated instructions. The parts don’t align and the screws are poor quality they’re easily strip. The metal frame is unstable and bend easily. I encourage not to waste ur time with this one. When I reported to customer service they are unresponsive for days and lack empathy. They ask to return the parts for replacement which is difficult given the parts are huge. The customer service all for a lot of information but wants you to return the whole package which is impossible to get into a box to ship. They take 4-5 days to get a shipping label and another week to get refund. This is the worst service and the worst product.

Amazing product! The instructions are easy to follow, and assembly was a breeze. Once built I perform a water leak to make sure water didn’t leak through the panel. Great shade and no water leaks. Installation took much longer than expected, around 10 hours, even with someone experienced, but the parts were well labeled and the instructions were clear, which helped a lot. The material quality feels a bit on the cheaper side, so I’m unsure how well it will hold up over time. However, it’s doing its job well so far: no leaks, great shade coverage, and it feels stable. Overall, a decent product if you’re patient with assembly and don’t expect premium durability.
