We have zero complaints. Firstly, the customization options are easy - pick your size, how many characters, pick your color and pick your options. Second, it's fast. We were given a time of 3 weeks for custom build and delivery; we received it in 1.5 weeks. We were expecting the quality of "neon" you see in big box stores in their novelty area. Right out the box, you could see there was quality in this. We bought the chain hanging kit instead of wall mount which was the better choice IMO. You not only get the forward light, but the color also backfills the wall behind it. Plus, it is insanely bright! We got the line dimmer option with our order and it turned out to be a smart choice. Perfect addition to a bedroom, game room or computer room.

15 year old girl birthday gift. Customization was easier than with other suppliers. It included options for font, selection of a symbol without me having to provide one, mounting/hanging hardware, and battery/power supply options. Size and color were perfect and what I anticipated. It actually arrived a week earlier than I expected. I checked out several others because I know once you customize something, returns are extremely difficult. Dimmer works great and it’s bright on high setting. She loved it and I highly recommend!

There was an issue with it and customer service reached out right away, diagnosed the issue and it was fixed with satisfaction! Came with remote. The sign is bright. I would recommend the mounting kit they sell with it. Mark your holes and it mounts quickly. The pink is very pink which made my daughter happy. You can’t break it easily as it’s not really that fragile so it goes great in a child’s room.
