I love these adjustable dumbbells. They don't take up too much space in my home gym, I'm able to get multiple weights out of one, basically. The weights are also perfect for me, at 5, 10, 15, and 20, since that's usually all I use for arms. It's easy to twist the handle to adjust between the plates, dumbbells can get super pricey, but this dumbbell is a great value, overall very happy with this purchase.

These weights look great and are a solid choice for home weights. They can even grow as your strength does. My personal torture of choice is P90X3 and many of the exercises require doing aerobics with some sort of weight. The weight doesn't need to be heavy but does need to grow as you progress and these were nice starting weights for just that sort of activity. I love that they have the American Flag as well. They also have an added bonus that you can buy a set for you and your wife as they have multiple colors to choose from. Great Buy!
