We love this Ramada. We decided to mold 23” concrete pillars around the legs (molds are still in place in the pictures) and it took 7 people 7 hours to assemble this including hand mixing and filling the concrete forms. The instructions were pretty clear… we struggled with the roof instructions a little but were able to figure it out pretty quickly. We chose the 12’x16’ size. The look of the Ramada is great and the privacy curtains and netting and exceptionally well made. We would absolutely buy this again but we would not put it together with less than 6 people and we wouldn’t do it in the middle of summer in Az again!

Very difficult to assemble. It does look good once assembled. All parts were delivered in three boxes. I did assemble it on a deck about 10’ off the ground to create a roof structure. I shaped 4x4’s to go inside the posts to anchor to deck. As it is some 6” bigger one way and about a foot the other way it was extremely difficult to reach out to install the screws. It would eliminate most of the difficulty if assembled on ground level like a “normal” installation would be! 😂

Took me a while to build but totally worth it. The boxes that came in the mail were surprisingly light weight, but the construction is sturdy. I did have to bend the ends of a few components with needle nose pliers, but it was easy to do and fixed the issues. Instructions were clear. I just messed up here and there because my 4 yr old son was distracting me. I like the size and how the roof panels still let some light through for my plants and grass.

We have had this gazebo less than a year. This past week we had a hail storm that produced some quarter size hail. There are now holes and damage all over this gazebo. It does not hold up to nature well and the warranty does not cover it (I reached out to the seller and this is what I was told). I personally would not even consider purchasing this again and regret doing so to begin with.

Good for one year. The actual structure is okay, but the rest of it is not. The curtains have faded and the zipper pulls fell off. The ties to keep curtains in place barely lasted a month before I was sewing them back together. It offers shade, but not much temp regulation, the sun heat gets through the panels with ease. I’ve made modifications with shade tarps to help, but I it looks bad. I definitely wish I’d gone with a different product.

I'm giving this item 5 stars because, for the price, its a great deal. Everything came in 3 boxes, in good shape. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and every part went together as designed. Extra hardware is included. If located in an area protected by wind this should last for a long time as its all aluminum. I can't verify if this is rain proof as it hasn't rained yet but if it is, then it provides a large protected area.
