Very well made and thoughtfully designed. Assembly was a little difficult because I did it by myself. It would probably be much easier with two people, but the instructions are clear enough to figure everything out. I’m using it as a cover over my raised above-ground pool. I really like the transparent roof because it makes the space feel more open, and the structure handles the wind very well. The only issue was shipping. It comes in two packages. I received one within a few days, but the second package somehow traveled all over the country and took about a month to arrive. This was probably the shipping company’s fault rather than the manufacturer’s. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality.

I’m really impressed with this Aoxun 12’ x 10’ lean-to gazebo. It has completely transformed our patio area and gives us a beautiful, comfortable space to enjoy outdoors. The gray finish looks modern and elegant, and the overall design blends nicely with the house without making the patio feel crowded. The aluminum frame feels solid and well-built, and the sloped roof gives it a nice finished appearance while helping with water runoff. The polycarbonate roof panels are another great feature because they provide shade and protection while still allowing some natural light through. It makes the area much more enjoyable during the day. The curtains and mosquito netting are a huge plus. We can keep the curtains open when we want an open-air feel or close them when we want more privacy and protection from the sun. The mosquito netting is especially useful in the evening when we’re sitting outside and don’t want to constantly deal with bugs. The curtains also add a nice, upscale look that makes the gazebo feel more like an outdoor living room. I also really like the lean-to design since it mounts against the house and makes excellent use of the existing patio space. It provides a generous 12’ x 10’ area for outdoor furniture, entertaining, relaxing, or having meals with family and friends. Overall, this gazebo has made our outdoor space feel much more comfortable and inviting. The combination of the sturdy frame, attractive design, roof panels, curtains, and mosquito netting makes it feel like a significant upgrade to the patio. It looks great, provides excellent coverage, and gives us a comfortable place to enjoy the outdoors in different weather conditions. Very happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to create a more functional and attractive outdoor space.

I had read reviews that this awning could actually take some pretty decent snow loads without collapsing. I found that pretty hard to believe after I assembled it. Fwiw, the instructions leave a lot to be desired but I was able to do it myself in less than one day. So I had a couple parts left over, big deal. Anyhow the pictures that I have posted are the awning being propped up after bending in the center or bowing..... Under the incredible weight of 5 INCHES of HEAVY, WET snow! This storm was a surprise and I was in no way ready to have this kind of load on this roof. And yet, this thing took it like a champ! Yes it bowed under the weight and what roof wouldn't especially with this type of lightweight construction? As you can see in the pictures I did prop it up just in case, and then the other picture you can see the space after the snow was gone which shows exactly how much it did now. Then I decided to go ahead and just make a brace for the rest of the winter, I'm fairly confident it'll be able to handle just about anything, not trying to jinx it! So if you're anything like average snow in the Northeast and nothing crazy, probably be okay. I have been pleasantly surprised and even astounded at what this thing could do. I would definitely recommend, and buy again. In fact I might just do that and put one away for when this thing actually does wear out. If I did actually have one suggestion I would suggest that they make the center load bearing beam the same size as the high beam which also bowed slightly. I'm so impressed by this and would have been giving it a five star rating at it not been for difficulty in assembling and understanding instructions.

I really like this gazebo. It was pretty easy to put together, and it has made our patio feel so much more comfortable and inviting. The curtains are my favorite part because they give us a little privacy and help block the sun when we want to relax outside. It also feels sturdy and looks really nice with our outdoor furniture. Overall, it’s a great addition to our backyard, and I’m very happy with how it turned out.

Great Product, Terrible Customer Service Experience It's a great product, but the experience really put a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered the wrong size and was told by Amazon support to reorder and return the first one. The seller wouldn't cover return shipping, but Amazon Supervisor Amanda assured me if I paid the $442.01 shipping out of pocket, Amazon would reimburse me. I followed her instructions, and now Amazon is refusing to pay me back. Product quality is fine, but the return process was unacceptable.

We've had a lot of rainy days since putting this lean-to patio cover up, and I honestly didn't expect to enjoy it this much. Instead of being stuck inside, I've been able to sit underneath it with a cup of coffee and just watch the rain, which has been surprisingly relaxing. Installation definitely took some time, and I'd recommend having two people for the job. Once it was anchored down, though, everything felt solid and secure. The roof lets in plenty of natural light without making the space feel too hot, and the sloped design has been great because rainwater runs right off instead of pooling on top. I haven't gone through a winter with it yet, so I can't speak to heavy snow, but based on how sturdy it feels so far, I'm optimistic. If anything changes after winter, I'll come back and update my review.

We've been wanting to get a cover over our patio for years but couldn't find the money to hire a contractor. This is MUCH cheaper and my family put it together in a half a day. We used large plant pots filled with gravel on each leg to hold it down. I picked up steel flashing from HD and attached them to the bottom of the legs, put the legs down into the pots and then covered each with pea gravel. We anchored the rear legs to the house but we couldn't attach the top rail to the house because the holes were drilled incorrectly on the rail. We then ran plastic led lighting underneath and out into the yard (also purchased on Amazon), and lastly, we found a hanging outdoor patio heater, because it's too low for the big standing ones they sell. Overall, I'm super happy with the purchase. Our outdoor space gets used way more now and is super cozy. I will stay, you HAVE to attach it to the home or it will wobble. If you're a renter, you might have to get really creative to avoid that. We get quite a bit of wind through the backyard due to the way the house in our neighborhood are lined up, but so far so good. We'll see what happens when the Texas spring brings its wind, rain, and lightning. During heavy rains, we have seen quite a bit of leaking through some of the screws. I plan to add some black caulking to those areas when I get off my backside and do it.

Out of the box, pieces were damaged. Two roof panels were punctured and a curtain hook was broken. The pre-drilled holes in the metal framing pieces were drilled incorrectly and would not line up with the screw holes. I had to do some metal work to align the holes. The tools that come with it to assemble it with are very cheap quality and didn't last. I finished it up with my own quality tools. I wrote the company, who claimed to have excellent customer service, and never heard back from them. It is very lightweight and wobbly by itself and must be attached to something. I'm giving it 3 stars because once I got it built, it is serving the purpose I bought it for.
