The media could not be loaded. You will need two ladders One 8 ft ladder & another at a minimum 6 ft ladder. The tools that came with it are not adequate . You will need battery operated hand drills, drill bits & socket wrenches. Also, you will need screw drivers. You will need at least two men to do the job & heavy lifting. Assembly was very time consuming because of all the screws, bolts & parts! The beams were not as big as the website showed. After the job was completed, the black tin roof was very hot to sit under. Wish the roof was a light color. I had an outdoor Fanimation EightyFour Ceiling Fan installed, but it was still too hot to sit under. The fan is remote controlled & the air flow can be counterclockwise The fan light has a dimmer which helps w bug control after sundown. To make the sitting area cooler, I helped my brother-in-law & sis put a plastic canopy cover over the black tin roof. That helped, along with the fan during sunlight hours, to keep cooler. I have included a video showing the manual, too. I hope this review helps someone. ... show more
