The proportions of this lamp is interesting, be sure to measure your anticipated space prior to buying because it’s rather tall for this style of lamp which is usually used at chair height for reading. Thankfully in my space, this light goes well with a very large tall chair we have in our den. Otherwise, it would have seemed out of proportion for any other sitting area or desk due to the inability to remove the bars. The only part that is adjustable is the top. But with the top shade being at its lowest height, the lamp is well over 4 feet tall. The “gold” is between a brassy color and gold looks nice and luxurious and it’s very sturdy and heavy. I like the twist light and remote function. Comes with a lightbulb and batteries for the remote. The assembly was very easy, the instructions don’t specify anything for how to assemble the shade. TIP: Be sure to unscrew the black base the light bulb fits into first, then install the gold shade, then the black base and then the lightbulb for optimal support.

This is a beautiful bronze floor lamp with full-control remote control. I am calling it bronze because it looks like antique bronze to me and I have a lot of antique bronze in my house that this goes well with. It has a solid weighted base which keeps it stable on carpet or hard flooring. There is a magnetic connection between the remote control and the stem of the lamp so you can keep it attached and always know where it is. It comes with an LED bulb that is controlled with the remote control, or you can turn it on and off using the round switch on the actual lamp. The bulb can be changed to different color temperatures which affects the color of items in the room where you use it in. It has 3 color temperatures, warm, neutral, and bright white. The top of the lamp stem is adjustable and can be raised a few extra inches if desired. This is a classy looking light fixture.

This lamp is awesome and here's why!!! 1. It is high quality flat black metal!!!! Durable, heavy and stable base, does not wobble and very premium look! 2. It is a beautiful design and look that is attractive in a living room, office or just about anywhere! 3. Functionally it is very practical as the swing arm can adjust to your lighting needs!!! 4. An on off switch is on the lamp but it also comes with a remote and batteries for turning it on, adjusting the light temperature, dimming, setting a timer, etc.!!! 5. It even comes with a bulb and only took 5 minutes to easily assemble!!! Very classy and a great value!!!

There were no assembly instructions provided, but the setup was mostly straightforward. The only real challenge was getting the threads on the bottom post to line up properly. It didn’t want to screw in straight at first, and it took some effort before I finally got it secure. Once assembled, the lamp looks very nice and feels well made. The metal shade doesn’t get warm to the touch, which I’d consider a “cool touch” feature. It gives off a good amount of light and comes with an A19 60W LED E26 bulb, which will be easy to replace when the time comes. The lamp is height adjustable and has two articulation points on the extending arm, so you can angle the shade in different positions. The red brown bronze color is attractive and blends easily with the surroundings without drawing too much attention. The light switch itself provides basic functions, while the included remote control allows for more detailed adjustments. The remote comes with batteries already installed and is magnetized, so you can conveniently attach it to the lamp post or any other metal surface to keep it from getting misplaced. Overall, a well-designed lamp with useful features once you get past the tricky assembly step.

Nice floor lamp and it works well. I give it a five star for below reasons: 1: easy to assemble. It took me like 5 minutes. 2: the instructions is clear and easy to follow. 3: sleek looking designs. 4: the base is pretty heavy and durable. 5: I love that it comes with a remote. It is convenient for adjusting the light. 6: I really enjoy the dimmable light and adjustable function, it can be bright for reading or very dark as a night light. Very nice and luxurious. Great light and I highly recommend it.

This lamp is so nice. Very adjustable, both in height, and turning the arm with the lamp one way and another. The shade itself also rotates so you can have direct or indirect light. The base is extremely heavy, which means it won't fall over when you are are adjusting it. The remote works very well to dim or brighten the lamp as well as changing the color. I like that I can turn it on or off with the remote, then use the knob/switch on the lamp the next time, and it's not a problem. It works either way, no matter which way you've turned it on or off the previous time. It's very attractive, and I love it for knitting while watching TV or just sitting.

I have no complaints about this lamp except for the way it is wrapped. Why oh why do they tape it up so tightly in crumbly Styrofoam, so that little white pearls of the stuff cover the entire room when you try to wrestle and slice it open? But, when that is out of the way it rocks. Assembly is a snap, just screw it all together while gently feeding out the cord. It is adjustable in almost every way you can image, and it looks extremely handsome. I cannot imagine you could get better for this price.
