When we first unpacked and assembled these chairs, we were impressed with how nice they looked and how well they matched our decor. We bought them to use at both our bar height kitchen counter and a counter height dining table. The problem is that my wife did not feel comfortable sitting in them when the chair was extended to bar height and therefore, we decided to return them to the vendor. The initial return link indicated that we needed to pay for shipping these back - and when we researched shipping costs, we found that it would cost us more to ship them back than we initially paid for them! We reached out to the vendor and requested that they cover shipping costs since it was not clear in the listing description that the buyer was responsible for shipping costs for returns. The vendor then provided us with pre-paid shipping labels to return via UPS and was very prompt in processing our refund after they received the chairs back.

I love the MCM vibe and these stools looked too good to pass up. I was unsure about how nice they would be in real life, considering the price. I was pleasantly surprised! These are gorgeous stools, well padded, generously sized seat for added comfort. The back is in the right spot for good lumbar support, making it extra useful if you use your kitchen island as a work station. Putting together took 7 screws per chair and used an allen wrench (provided). The only ONE issue was getting the cap off of the pump mechanism before affixing the chair seat, but once I got that off, smooth sailing. Highly recommend these. I bought the black seats and dark wood version. They look like I paid $1k for the pair. It'll be my secret that I paid less than 20% of that.

We aren't over the weight limit for these chairs. But after only a few months there is tons of play on the connection between the base and the pole. I've tried to take it apart for a fix, but it's at the welds. Very disappointing because they are comfortable and look great. The seller reached out and offered a return-less refund, which we accepted.

I didnt know what to expect because comments on these chairs are always 50:50 but once i got it and assemble in 20 min - i was amazed - perfect height for me ( im 6’3) and for my wife ( she is 5’5 ) - looks very nice and luxurious at any marbel or wooden bar i would say - highly suggest getting this

Found these at a local furniture store, but they were out of them. Checked on Amazon and they were cheaper here, so that all worked out. They look great and are comfortable. Only issue is the craftsmanship. The wood wallpaper coating isn’t very durable, and the base feels a bit shaky when you sit on them. We bought the 5 year warranty, so not too worried about them breaking or getting damaged. But wish they’d felt a bit more durable. But overall, worthy product for the price-point.

These stools are fantastic! I love these stools. So stylish and so comfy. Assembly is a piece of cake as it took me all of 5 minutes to put it together by myself with no special tools. The only tool needed is the small allen wrench that it comes with. The leather is super soft and smooth. The wooden and metallic parts are all very nice. I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase.

It looks good. It is same as described. However, It would be better if it was delivered without dents. It’s on two different chairs. And also the paddle part can be fixed with the bottom part. When you pick up the chair, it will fell off.
