I don't think the fan makes that many RPM, but I can only say with certainty that this one does not differ too much from my older one that starts with the letter D. This one is about 1/3 the cost and it is working very well. It does not have a hollow centre, so the fan design is different. As a professional in hair styling I need a spare one, just in case I drop my main hair dryer. For reference, on the picture, the aowoka is on the left, and the other one is on the right. Now back to this unit. It comes with all the attachments, including the thingy does goes to the plug. I think it pops when there is water in the electrical circuit. Too bad the attachments are not interchangeable. It is definitely not more noisy than the other one I have. The buttons and switches are at the same location. If I close my eyes, I would not know which one I am using. When you buy this, you know what to expect from a hair dryer, like me. Since I am used to the other one, I have established my standard. At least it equals these: holding comfort, location of the buttons, the weight (definitely not heavy), noise (expected but not too noisy). I like this a lot because it so much cheaper than the other one.

The negative ions makes my scalp feel fresh and hair so smooths. the heat can also be adjusted with an added cooled fan mode. It comes with two attachments, which is very handy and useful. I’m happy with this hair dryer. It’s lightweight and easy to hold, but the airflow is still strong enough to dry my hair quickly. I also like that it doesn’t get excessively hot, so my hair feels smoother and less damaged after using it. The noise level is lower than I expected, and the diffuser attachment is a nice bonus. Overall, it works very well and feels convenient for everyday use.

I decided to use this blow dryer as my main hair dryer. Unfortunately, it would not turn on. I pushed the red reset button, checked out different electrical outlets, but it still didn’t work. I was able to use it about 5 times and then it quick working! Can’t find anyone from Amazon or Labiim to talk to for a replacement.

Very pleased with this hair dryer. I didn't want to spend a fortune but wanted a professional dryer that would dry my super thick hair quickly. This hair dryer does just that. It's also lightweight so I don't fell like I had a major arm workout when I am finished.
