I have been traveling with this style of resistance bands since 2018 when I received a set as a gift. That set has finally worn out. I compared in person three different brands of bands, all in the same price range ($20 to $25 US) and Fit Life won (the mid-priced of the three). Here's why: 1. Greatest variety of weight combinations. With the 10-15-20-25-40 set, I can get all resistance levels from 10, 15, 20, 25, etc to 110. 2. Putting the D ring on the bands instead of on the handles means having to carry only four carabiners (two for handles, two on the ankle bands) instead of 10. I like the weight savings. 3. The ankle bands are much sturdier than my old ones AND simpler to use. Clossure is all velcro without the need to thread the band through a buckle or ring. (More weight saved!) 4. Handles are bigger than my old ones, i.e., longer, not bigger around. They seem to have a bit less foam padding than my old handles; not enough to matter. All those pluses, with one negative: the door mount thingy. It's wimpy compared to my old one. That said, ALL of the three sets I compared had wimpier door mount thingies. So, I will just use my old one. I completely recommend this set. ... show more

Everything came just as advertised i have just opened and used them for like a good 20 minutes they work good and only issue i had was the box came slightly crushed but it came right on time even after it was delayed due to weather all in all very worth the money to train at home

Good price, nice variety of resistance levels, all the necessary attachments for just about anything you'd need to do. But they are short. The tube part between the fabric ends where the D rings attach is only about 36". With handles attached the overall length is 60". I'm not tall (5'-2") and when I do any kind of overhead work the attachment points scrape against my shoulders and/or biceps and hurt. I find it messes with my form as I'm trying to avoid that scrape. I liked the idea of a universal set that I could just swap out handle, but the attachment setup takes up too much length for me. ... show more
