Great scotter, I love the features on the scooter and muliple speed options to choose from. I like that it can fold to save space to fit in small spaces. It is light enough pick up and carry. It has safety features also to accommodate your safety. It feels comfortable to ride on. I like that you can change your start off mode. It's very sturdy. Battery charges very fast. The down-side of it is the battery goes down pretty fast riding it after 25 minutes. And the speed says 16 to 24 mph hour but it will only go 16 mph max. it has option to change the speed but will not set higher than 16 mph.

This product is fantastic. It is very fast, and one of my favorite features is that the scooter can be folded up for storage. This makes storing it much easier. It is definitely a great investment or birthday gift.

I got this for my teenager to commute to school that's LESS the 10 minutes away, LESS than half a mile and it says the scooter can go up to 15 miles so it should be able to do the commute with no problem and it was good for the first month and then everything started to fall apart LITERALLY.. The scooter says it goes 19mph but it feels much slower and the brakes are slow to stop and when you're riding this it rattles and I think that's how the screws keep coming out and we do fold it everyday to bring it inside the house to charge.. First the screws to the kick stand fell out and I was like how? But whatever thats fine you don't really need a kick stand and then the screws to the top handle bars and the neck meet came out.. and I was frustrated but I bought new screws but they still come out and now the holes are stripped.. and now the neck of the scooter feels like it wants to detach from the board.. and it's only been like 2 month I should not be having this much trouble with it! I'm frustrated with it and I'm going to end up buying a new one because I feel like it's unsafe for my kid to be riding it..

This scooter is good, the brakes are instant, as a 135lb male this scooter does not reach 19mph which is a bummer. The max it goes for me is 15mph. the range is not as described I had 50% on the scooter and I could barely ride for a mile on sports mode. The scooter is probably not worth the money since it has false advertising and you can probably go as far as 3mph on the scooter on sports mode.
