This excavator is arrived in good time -- the delivery was from a trailer with ramps so I didn't need to pay the extra $150 that I did pay for a fork lift. THIS MINI-EXCAVATOR RUNS GREAT and DOES A GREAT JOB. One of the hydraulic fittings at the control stand was loose and leaked out all the hydraulic fluid after a day or two, but not a problem because I was going to replace with petroleum based hydraulic fluid (vs. the soy based) anyway. I have to learn how gently use the boom control more gently or I have a bucking bronco on my hands. One track came off, but after reviewing a video on YouTube I was able to get it back on track (pun intended) and adjusted correctly. No manual came with this machine - apparently lost in transit - but I've been assured that I "should" be able to download one on line. It really is a dandy little machine. My neighbor wants one, too. Maybe his will come with a manual... ha!

The first thing was the ordering process. The Aoururl people were in constant communication giving updates about the delivery schedule. If I sent an inquiry, it was answered overnight from China each time. I was impressed by that. Upon delivery, which was at 9:30 at night, the driver expertly drove the machine off the trailer and gave a full explanation of how things worked. My only other experience with "heavy" equipment I have is with a small Kubota tractor. The excavator operates differently than the Kubota, so I had a small learning curve. I haven't been able to use it extensively yet because of other projects on my property, but I did use it enough to see that it will work perfectly for the projects that I have for it. Trenching in tight places for water and electrical lines that my Kubota is too big for, planting trees and bushes, clearing brush that favors an excavator over a tractor, and other miscellaneous projects that I have on my property. Extremely happy so far, especially with the price.

Cant beat this for the price. Hydraulics may need some adjusting, but for the price of 2 weeks of rental, I've got nothing to complain about. Overheats on occasion, and will be interested to see what summer months cause to happen, but projects I had outstanding for years finally got done once this machine arrived. Did not show up on the date originally advertised, but as others have said, the communication was very good, and I was informed what would be happening and when - and generally it did. All in all I would purchase again....

I have been using this machine for about 3 months. It has been very dependable and reliable. You will need to occasionally tighten the tracks. They are very easy to adjust with a socket wrench. I would recommend installing a flow control valve to the main lift arm. This will smooth out the operation of the control arm. Very inexpensive and easy to install. I would also suggest adding a hydraulic fluid filter to better protect the hydraulic system of the machine. This is also inexpensive and easy to install. There were two loose hydraulic connections when I received the machine. This is common with mini excavators, Had to remove a few bolts to access the hydraulic connections in the front panel. There have been no leaks since I initially tightened these connections.

Delivery was easy our driver was superb. The machine was as described. Very pleased it suits my needs perfectly. I was also pleased that it started right up and was ready for work after adding some fuel. Very Nice!

Perfect for a homeowner. The communication was great, they basically assign someone to you that will text/call you with any questions you might have. Came three weeks earlier than expected.
