This chair is excellent for appointments and shopping. It is half the weight of my mobility scooter. It has a comfortable seat. It is really nice having a usb port to charge my phone. I also like that it has a basket to carry my groceries or my belongings. Their customer service was great in answering my questions.

Level ground only

Used it one time and had to sell it. It did not work for my needs at all. It only works on completely level ground otherwise the wheels in front chose which way you are going and there is no stopping it from going that direction. If you need this at the grocery store it would be great, the mall where it's all level then great, any type of uneven ground forget it. No stearing just pushing from the rear wheels. Overall a disappointment

Update at the 8 month mark: My bones were slow to heal, so I still have broken bones and need this chair. It apparently does not need me. I used it mostly at home, but also on 3 air trips and one road trip. I did use it regularly, but that is what its intended purpose is, according to the description. Over the weekend, while traveling via air, the chair broke. The welding of the chair broke. My husband is an engineer, and in previous jobs has had access to welding tools (and has a welding background as part of that). He said that the end result of this break is that even a fairly skilled welder would have a hard time repairing this break, so the chair is now a large, expensive doorstop after 8 months of use. I will say that during the many issues I had where I reached out to customer service, the CS reps were responsive and helpful. But it does not matter how great a company’s customer service may be if the product in question is such poor quality that it cannot last more than the Amazon store card payment plan. Original review: I have had this chair for less than 4 months. I have primarily used it at home and going to medical appointments. I did use it for one trip via air for a weekend and to attend one concert. It has rarely been off concrete (and then only because the steering sucks and wants to veer to one side or the other instead of going straight). Definitely not made for “off-roading.” So far I have had the following quality issues in less than 4 months: 1. The left back wheel has come off (husband is an engineer and fixed it) 2. The reflective piece on the back fell off and broke. Again, hubby bought a replacement part and put on. 3. The left armrest has cracked and is falling off. This one hubby couldn’t find a suitable part and we are waiting on the seller to send us a replacement part. I’ll keep you updated as to how that fix goes. Comfort: The cushion is very thin and can make sitting for an extended period unpleasant. I have added an additional cushion and that helps. Ease of use: Folds easily, not too terribly difficult to get in and out of a car. The joystick is really sensitive and you can find yourself moving unexpectedly very quickly if you accidentally touch it while you’re stopped and moving your body around. It is a pain to get the chair over doorway bumps, as the chair’s front wheels will attempt to turn perpendicular to the chair instead of going over a door sweep. I’ve rented electric scooters and wheelchairs in the past on vacations to assist with arthritis. This chair does not compare favorably to any of those for ease of use. I understand this is a very low price point, so I wasn’t expecting to be bowled over. However, I was also expecting it to last without issue for the 6-8 months I will need it while healing from 4 broken bones and 2 surgically reattached tendons. Battery: Excellent No issues with the battery. It will last more than a week if I stick to home. There are 4 levels of speed, and if you use the lowest one, the battery life is impressive. If you’re using the highest one, expect to need to charge it a couple times a week, even with light use.

convenient and easy to transport

I bought the wheelchair mainly for helping a family member get around during recovery and for longer outings, and honestly it has been much more convenient than expected. The chair arrived well packed and was pretty easy to get ready out of the box. I like that it folds without taking up too much space in the car trunk, which makes it practical for trips to stores, parks, and appointments. The controls are simple to learn, and the ride feels smooth both indoors and on sidewalks. Battery life has also been solid so far — we’ve used it several times before needing to recharge. One thing I especially appreciate is that it doesn’t feel bulky or intimidating like some medical chairs do. Overall it feels thoughtfully designed and reliable for everyday use. So far very happy with this purchase.

Afterall the research clearly the best for my buck

Excellent only I had on my old manual wheelchair the best cushion that you can get that they hooked it up to a computer and with a few puffs of air figgering where I leaned to (which side) they would determine how much air was needed so the cushion that wheelchair was supplied with went off n storage and I use my old vision which made this a very nice wheechair. The only other thing which I’m gonna fix this summer is the foot placement that my feet are constantly sliding off or when I want to transform into bed or chair it gets in the way. But for the money and deal I got outta all the wheelchairs I compared it to it is easily one of the thousand dollars or higher quality and for a fraction of the price plus my granddaughter loves how fast it actually is and it’s faster then her pow-pow-powerwheels 🤣😂😂

Broken but now mobile and happy

Might not work out of the box
Screw that came with shooter to hold battery down was not long enough. Had to get a new one from China. Customer Service not knowledgeable enough on there products. Had to ask people in China. Finally got a new screw, just barely long enough. You can't do it like the video, or manual says. They show you you just wave the fob on the screen. You first have to press the red on button, make sure you have it in drive, neutral will only beep. Have got my phone to work as to replace fob. Seat is comfortable. Raining out today so no test drive sure it's okay.
