Absolutely love it, great for the price and it works great! I love the little trays down below for sides, it cooked the meat great! I had a KBBQ night with my husband before his trip and this gadget made it easy and yummy!

    • Broken after using it once
It was a decent grilling tool when using it for the first time. The plate was dishwasher safe and easy to clean. A few days later when we were taking it for another Korean BBQ, guess what, it wouldn’t heat up any more. Our sirlion slices (yes we cut the steak thin) took forever to cook and at the highest temperature, the iron kept on and off. After an hour we gave up with our dinner ruined, and returned it the next day. Checked on the recent reviews a lot of customers ran into the same issue, and I believe that was not an one-off issue just happened to me.     • Great Tool for Engaged Cooking with Multiple People
This is very easy to use and extremely easy to clean. I do wish it came with mini-tongs or tools that wouldn't scratch the surface. You can also be limited in what you cook in the pans underneath as the coils are extremely close (I had to break crab cakes in half and pat them down for them to fit and cook thoroughly.). It did the job and is very useful, you will become a cook of meats and vegetables if you want it or not. This is a cook your own food. But what’s not to love, is a real conversation starter and everyone around can cook their own. Awesome, Remember it needs to be clean after use😂

    • Very small, 2 steaks maximum. Open sides and all the heat escape, no juice collector.
Didn't get really hot to sear the meat. very small surface, no plan for the juices and they run over the sides and into the open area beneath, hard to clean underneath. Look for bigger cooking surface, enclosed heat chamber, and easy juice elimination.

We did our first Raclette dinner and my wife, daughter, son and I joined. We actually spent 45 minutes together which is good for my family as we’re all quite active. The heat control worked well. It was easy to use and clean. We grilled veggies, pepperoni, ham, sausage and even some miny hamburger patties for my 14 yo son. It cooked quickly. It also melted cheese well. I ordered this grille in order to do Korean BBQ at home since we are all stuck in quarantine. I came across so many indoor grills but wanted something easy to use and affordable and this was definitely it. So glad I found this! I've used it indoors and outdoors and it's been great.
