The large box was delivered quickly initially, but it lacked one of the pole pieces, two braces, and one wheel. I made contact with the seller via Amazon and they readily agreed to send the missing parts. They arrived via FedEx and everything fit great! I did need a second pair of hands to screw in the rim, backboard, support post, and rear braces all together. The lowest rim setting is perfect for my 6 yr old to practice on. Adjusting will be easy. When the support base full of water, it is very heavy and hard to move around even when tilted. I've have given all 5 starts if all of the components were included in the initial shipment. This was easy to assemble and the kids love it. Having this has helped my kids improve their bball skills. It’s a little shorter than regulation, but has done the trick. Kids love practicing and playing on this. Good value.

Screws in the base seem to go right thru the plastic. Had to find different washers to use than what was provided. Few bumps when putting it together that prolonged the process.
