After reading the reviews I was a little unsure about ordering the raincoat. I decided to take the chance because I liked the style and color(I picked the black with white dots). I am glad I did. It is cute and roomy and long enough to cover me well. It does not feel like cheap plastic and love that its big enough to slip over my head or use the front zipper to put it on. This is definitely not the most attractive jacket. It has not fit which makes it not stylish. Would have liked a belt to look like I had a waist. That being said, it worked well for what I wanted. I am 5'8" and I wanted something to wear while walking outside all day. It hit around my knees, which kept my thighs dry, which is what I was looking for. The hood is huge and was hard to keep tight. I bought this for a trip to the UK, and was pleased that I didn't have to use it. It packs well. This week, I used it at a Farmer's Market. It was pouring rain. The snaps on the sleeves keep it in place. Underneath, I had my crossbody purse and my Market Bag at the crook of my elbow (inside the poncho). Everything stayed dry from the knees up.
