Seller reached out to me to see what they can do to make sure I was happy. They are sending another. Kudos to the seller. I will up date more when received. The media could not be loaded. Had an issue with another solar pump it just wasn’t moving the water well enough which allowed mosquitos to use, had to try something else. Selected this pump and I am very happy with the amount of water movement, I can now joyfully find the right height and fountain attachment to suit my little front yard oasis then decorate.

Welds on connection cables came apart after 6 months of outdoor use - the whole thing is now useless and basically trash. Worked pretty well up until then as long as filter was cleaned every couple of days.

solar panel is fine,the pump not so much. 2x the pump ceased working soon after installing. It's far better to buy a solar panel and a waterpump separately

First of all, it did work....just not very well at all. It's pretty cheaply made and blew over in the wind constantly. The filter constantly plugged up in the lake water. the fountain barely reached 18". This thing isn't worth anywhere near what they're charging for it.
