This style antenna gives you that modern look of vehicles which come equipped with a Shark Fins from the Factory. The Shark Fin antenna kit will come with the needed screw to connect the wire to your antenna base and trusty 3M adhesive tape to ensure a good seal when mounting it over your existing antenna base. Bluetooth, Sirius XM radio, and GPS Navigation will not be affected. These services use a separate antenna in your vehicle. Shark Fin is made of material that is paintable so you can color match to your specific vehicle. (We do not provide this service)

I have a college radio station that I frequently listen to which received spotty signal from while roughly 20 miles away on my original antenna, my antenna cover broke in a car wash, so I figured I'd give this a shot, and now I receive clear signal up until around 30 miles from the broadcast location, which is pretty impressive given that it's a college radio station, however your mileage may vary. Another thing to note is that my car doesn't have HD radio stations, I do have XM capabilities, but I have yet to try that out, same goes for AM stations. ... show more

My 2013 Fusion radio antenna had an automatic car wash incident. I bought this shark fin to go over what was left of the antenna mount. It fit over the mount perfectly. I did have to cut the connection off the wire and replace it with a slide on connection since there was nothing left to screw it on to. I cannot really say if the radio reception is good or not because I really don't listen to the radio that much. It does pick up the local stations that I have preprogramed well enough. ... show more
