I left a review and almost immediately someone from their team contacted me. They offered a full refund and apologized for any inconvenience. I had a great experience talking with their staff and will be ordering another one. I do love the look of the fan and hope the new fan will not have issues. Below was my original review. I loved this fan for about 6 months. Then it started making a high pitched sound every now and then. About 8 months now and it makes the high pitched sound every time it’s on for more than 2 minutes. I’ve tried cleaning, moving, and changing speed settings and nothing stops it. I can’t sleep with it on anymore as the noise is unable to sleep through. Just get the normal ugly circle fan. I’ve had one of those for 6 years without issue. I switched to this because it looks better and takes up less space. I still gave it 3 stars because it does work (circulates air). I still use it during the day or while watching tv and you can’t hear the noise, but wouldn’t buy it again since I wanted a sleeping fan. ... show more

Looks great low noise but does not put out much air on highest setting. If you have one 2 to 3 feet from you at maximum distance then it works fine. If it’s more than three or 4 feet from you, you will not feel the airflow. I wanted one that made a little bit of fan noise to drown out my tinnitus, this one does not do that.     • Not bad for a year …
So I’ve been prolonging this review because each time I’d forget. I purchased my fan 2/2023 so I’ve had it a little over a year. I USE MY FAN DAILY, my old fan I had for over 4 years, and the usage was/is the same - at night it’s on speed 3 not rotating & during the day (unless it’s winter/cold outside-I live in Texas) it is on 1 rotating. I’ve had minor issues like the rotator would get stuck but then it would be fine, or the fan would not blow and then it’ll be fine, well since a out January it’s been on 3 but feels like 1. I’ve cleaned it, left it off for a few days like I normally would but this time it’s stuck I guess. Anyway not a bad price for the amount of time/use I’ve gotten out of it though, wished it lasted longer so that’s the reason for the “4”. ... show more
