The unit has been performing well. Cools quickly and is quieter than conventional window AC. It is heavy but I was able to install by myself. There was a crack to the face in one corner (just cosmetic). I contacted them and they quickly responded and gave me a 40% refund.

Overall I like this A/C. It's very quiet and puts out nice cool air. It however doesn't have a way to show what the actual temperature is in the room, not just what you're setting it at. I have to use an external thermometer to show me what the temperature is in the room. Also, I found this to be quite heavy and awkward to install. It needs either two people or one very strong person. The manual is not very helpful. ... show more

I’ve been using this about a week so I can’t speak to long term quality. It’s much quieter than other air conditioners I own, especially if you use the quiet mode. The u shape means it is secure on a second story window. Definitely need to measure carefully, it was almost too narrow for my old window sills. Otherwise installation was easy with two people. Something no review mentioned was that there is a drainage port on the inside half of the unit. If I leave this open it probably drains a cup of water an hour, so if that’s an issue to you definitely don’t buy this. The only video review that showed this was clearly a paid review of someone who didn’t use the unit, as this is impossible to miss if you leave it on for more than five minutes. The u shape means that water cannot drain outside. The water would eventually fill up the interior half and leak out of the casing if you didn’t open the plug. However, if your alternative is a portable a/c the drainage is situation is inevitable. Either way this was worth it to me and definitely cools the majority of my apartment (~200sqft living room and 45sqft of hallway) and is half as loud as my other unit. I’ll have to buy a hose and bucket for the drainage as I cannot drain this outside. Update after a month hot weather: still quiet, still works great, continues to drain inside. Eco mode works well, it only turns on periodically and keeps it around the set temperature. Timer and remote work well too. If you were considering a floor unit this is probably a better option, but I wouldn’t pick this over a window unit that doesn’t drain outside unless you have to. ... show more

I've had this for a year. It is a great lil unit and we've used it nearly everyday this summer and last. No issues. Reminder- must drain daily. Not a big deal, just important to note.

Absolutely horrible experience and seller! Received this and upon unboxing, noticed not all parts for installation were included that said they were. Took over a week to get the company to send me the parts. After finally being able to attempt installation, the unit shook the entire wall when turned on. Took it down and upon further investigation, the fan inside the unit was broken. This was obviously a return that had been reboxed to remove any signs it was a returned unit. By the time the seller actually responded, it was past their return window, mind you it was past the return time due to them not supplying the parts needed for installation and having to be shipped from China. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THE ITEM! You will be out your money when the unit doesn’t work and don’t expect any assistance from the company! ... show more
