I’ve been using this product for about a month now and I gotta say it’s made my experience so much better. As much as I like how light the stock headstrap is, it would always pull at my hair when I’d tighten it and it would feel very uncomfortable after a little bit of time. That’s when I got this headstrap and it really increased my quality of operation. Installation was fairly simple. The dial for tightening with the cushion on the back completely eliminated my discomfort with my hair and sat much more firmly on my head. The top visor-style point of contact makes it easier to adjust how it sits on my face. The battery does add a little bit of weight but it extends the use time quite a bit and helps counterbalance the weight of the headset. It’s easy to attach and remove and holds to the strap with some strong magnets so I’ve never had to deal with it slipping off even with some faster head movements. Overall I’d definitely recommend it and will continue to use it as my default headstrap.

This review is for the ANNAPRO A3 Max Battery Head Strap. I have been playing VR for a couple of years. My gripe has always been how the device is is not balanced and the battery doesn’t last very long. This product solves both of those issues and makes playing VR more immersive and enjoyable. I bought the ANNAPRO A3 Max Battery Head Strap to go with my Meta Quest 3S. It was easy to put together and more than doubles the battery life of the headset. The other bonus is that it balances the Quest so that it doesn’t flop around during active play. I have herniated disks in my neck and the extra torque was sometimes unbearable. Now with the headstrap I can play for longer and so can my device.

The A3 Max is 100% an improvement over what Meta provides by default, at a lower price point than competitors. I think this head strap is a must-buy for any Meta Quest owner. It greatly improves comfort and increases the amount of time you are able to play not connected to a wall. **Pros** - The head strap helps to balance the weight of the headset, reducing neck pain when playing over long periods. - The halo-style head strap helps take a lot of pressure off the face, offering greater comfort over extended use. The padding is very soft and comfortable. - The additional battery greatly extends the playtime and is a quality of life improvement compared to the built-in headset battery. After playing for 3 hours, the battery had a quarter charge left, and the headset battery itself was still full. - Installation of the strap was very easy. The instructions included in the packaging were very clear. - The adjustment wheel for adjusting the head strap is much more convenient compared to the default strap. **Area for improvement** The only thing that would make this even better would be if the battery could be made thinner and the location can be moved higher for more comfort when laying down.

Like another user commented, the product I received would not charge the Meta Quest 3 with enough power and I kept getting notifications with dinging noises that the headset was't charging fast enough. Even though the Quest 3 said it was charging, I was losing battery life as if it wasn't charging at all. When I stopped using the headset and let the Annapro battery charge the Quest 3 while it was in sleep mode, it was incredibly slow to charge and basically useless. The head strap itself is well designed and comfortable to wear, but Annapro clearly has some quality control issues that it needs to deal with. Also, its customer support is non existent. I called and emailed and got no response. I would advise against buying this product until Annapro fixes the quality control issues.

This strap completely transformed my Quest 3 experience. It’s way more comfortable than the stock strap, and the battery life is insane—I can play for hours without worrying. The magnetic battery swap is super convenient, and the fast charging is a huge plus. If you’re tired of short play sessions and an uncomfortable fit, this is worth it!

Every thing needed for extended play. The headset distributes the weight perfectly and won't cause any neck pain. Very comfortable .Pick up additional headset batteries and charge while you play.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this strap/battery combo back in Jan 25. Here is what I think you may want to know. 1. Quality 5 stars 2. Value 5 stars 3. Comfort 5 stars 4. Battery consumption 5 stars 5. Ease of installation 5 stars I have worn this headgear with my Oculus Meta for upto 10 hours straight and never worry about comfort as the fit never changes. I was worried about the weight but the only reason to mention it is it provided balance witch in my opinion was needed. I get about 3 hours from the Meta and another 3 from the included headgear battery before needing to plug in. Any headgear that can stay in place during Gorrila tag is 5 star and this is it! I would recommend this product to anyone especially for those who use their Occulus for many hours gaming, working and or for Streamers.
