There was one part of the instructions that was incorrect. Other than that, assembly was straight forward all though it did take a while because there are A LOT of pieces. The drawers aren’t deep enough. When you look closely, they don’t all align seamlessly. I think it should have been cheaper considering the quality and the depth of the drawers. I bought two of these. They were easy to build and seem pretty sturdy. The back piece you use to cover the side that is on the wall was flimsy and was small. Instead of one piece for the back it came cut up in 3. You can really only tell when the cabinets are open that the back looks funky. But overall they are good and I would recommend. ... show more

I was a bit disappointed that it wasn’t real herringbone wood. It’s still cute and you can’t beat the price. It’s a good size. If you have a big tv you’ll need two.

First off, the instructions are awful, poorly detailed which makes it rather difficult to assemble for a dresser. The worst part is the drawers don’t align properly no matter the order I put them in. Everything was screwed in and assembled with the prefilled holes so it should align but as you see in the pic, it’s very obvious. Customer service just told me it’s a “normal defect” from the manufacturer since every piece isn’t the same. It’s engineered wood so it should all be the exact same! In addition, the drawers are small and shallow so it doesn’t really fit much clothing in each one. It’s almost like a kids dresser in terms of the storage size. For almost $300, this item is not worth it. I’m actually taking the time to disassemble it and return it since I’m so annoyed. ... show more

This was a prefect purchase!! I needed more storage space for rarely used kitchen appliances and such. This is a taller unit so it holds a good amount of odds and ends. Assembly was pretty easy. Took about an hour by myself.

Cabinet arrived quickly and was well packaged but one cabinet door had two deep gauges and several scratches on the inside, the top of the cabinet also had two slight scratches along the front edge. The damaged door really looked like it had been used and retuned. I emailed the company, sent pictures of the damage, and asked for a new door and a repair pen for the slight damage to the top. The company’s response was immediate and positive. Within two weeks I had a brand new perfect door and two black markers which covered the scratches on the top. Amytek communicated with me several times, to assure me my issue would be addressed. Though I am disappointed that a damaged door was sent the first time, I am impressed with the look, low price, quality and exemplary customer service. ... show more

The unit went together fairly easily despite omissions in the directions. However after contacting their customer support a week ago about missing shelf supports, I have still not been contacted and still have no shelf supports. Cannot recommend this company.
