I just received my order today. Disappointed to see the plastic bag from Pavoi inside the box where the chain comes was torn opened. I question WHY? I purchase a new item from Amazon, otherwise they should specify if it is a returned or used. Beautiful product will keep.

I’ve always been happy with my Pavoi purchases, but have always treated them carefully and thoughtfully so that the beautiful finish would last. When I received this chain, I was hoping for something I could put on and leave on. I was always afraid of losing or breaking my 14kt rope chain by wearing it every day. I received this chain on May 12th. I haven’t taken it off, with the exception of when I had my hair cut and colored. I would have left it on then, but it was in the way of the hairdresser’s shears. So roughly five weeks of showers, South Georgia sweat, body lotions with mineral oil and/or hyalonuric acid, spray cologne, bug spray with DEET (again, southern Georgia), and hair styling products.
