I love this EVOO! I had never tried any with a lemon taste. So, I thought I would give it a try. I am so happy that I did!!! I wanted to add something to my salads--which I eat everyday! This EVOO really adds a slight zing to your salad dressing. You can actually use it alone or mix it in your own homemade recipe. I also added this to my broiled salmon and it is delicious! So, pretty soon, I will place an order for a second bottle from the same company. I really liked that they responded to my post and knowing I was new to EVOO they gave me some hints on storing their product. Great customer service and follow up!!! (EVOO shorter for "Extra Virgin Olive Oil" for those of you that do not like acronyms').

The reason I decided to purchase your particular product is because I feel reassured knowing that I am getting a high quality EVOO. I take this to enrich my health. What I have noticed is that my inflammation in my body is less painful after taking this. (I have to be consistent in taking it.) For me, taking your wonderful Papa Vince Extra Virgin Olive Oil is like saving me a trip to the doctor's office. I'd rather pay for your product than pay for a doctor's visit. Update to my org review. Papa Vince, sent a replacement oil very well package with a letter stating they are a business that pride themselves in an excellent product. An what an excellent oil it is. Thank you for taking the time and effort for a single customer like me. It really made a difference. Old Oil, Who Wants That. I love good olive oil and maybe this one could have been good. I took the time to read the reviews on Amazon and ordered this product. It did come very well packaged. As soon as I opened the bottle, the smell told me it was old oil. You would think I would stop there: nope, I went ahead and tasted the oil and yep, it was that nice old oil flavor. The date said it was harvested Dec 2020 and good until 2025, but not sure what happened. Went to get a replacement on Amazon and long behold.....I am unable to return or have this replaced. Guess I should have read that, so that is on me. At least I have a nice bottle to look at.
