The media could not be loaded. Received my light a day before it was due pulled it out of the package that was not damaged and was not wet then installed the light in 5 minutes. Tested the settings and they all worked. Note to change from light to star and light just turn off the light and back on. All three modes will be seen just by turning the light switch off and on to your desired settings. ... show more

Fairly easy to install and to switch to the different settings. On mine, I can switch to the different settings by toggling the light switch. It’s cute, modern and attractive!

This light is a very interesting one, overall, I've not seen a fixture like it before with the "night light" mode! First, the good - The light installs VERY easily. They've got a rather ingenious mounting design, where you wire and mount a small base piece, then the main light unit twist-locks onto the base, making the electrical connections at the same time. It makes installing the light and adjusting the switches for color temperature and "sequence" inside the fixture very simple. The light is also quite respectably bright, I have no way of measuring their lumen output claims, but it compared well with other similar LED fixtures I have in the house. Unfortunately, the method of control doesn't live up to the decent hardware. The only way to select between the different modes is to just keep flipping your light switch off and on. That's it. There is no way to select a mode, lock in a mode, remember it or anything else. Each time you switch the light on, it comes on in the next mode. So, say, at night, there is no way to explicitly select the night-light mode for a walk to the restroom without toggling through the two modes with the main light illuminated as well, or vice-versa. You can't just walk into the room and flip the lights on, you have to keep flipping the switch on and off until you get the mode you want. Very awkward and inconvenient. If it had a mode-lock or an internal switch to pick the mode you wanted, it'd be quite nice. The internal switch that I thought was for this purpose does not appear to function, or if it does, I can't figure out what its function is, I tried both settings with identical behaviour. Additionally, the light is completely incompatible with dimming switches, attempting it results in the main light going out and the "night light" LEDs blinking at about once per second until you restore it to full brightness on the dimmer. Unfortunately, for me the bad far outweighed the good here, and right after taking the pictures, it came off the ceiling again and was replaced with another LED array unit that did not have the night light features, but was a simple on-and-off control that worked with my dimmer switches. ... show more
