I cannot believe this item has such good reviews. I have used lots of different hair tools over the years and this is the worst one I've tried. It is not powerful enough. The curling attachments do not work well because of this, it does not fully grab and hold the hair like advertised so it defeats the whole purpose of a tool like this. And it does not get the hair evenly dry. The round brush attachment kept catching and ripping my hair. And possibly the worst of all, the exhaust fan thing is at the bottom where the controls are and because of this placement it is sucking up hair into it as youre using it and literally burning the hair. I have some burnt off ends now. Does not get the hair smooth enough, its all around bad.
