This recliner arrived today. I was looking for something sturdy and solid that would not overwhelm a room or swallow me when I sat in it. The heat and massage features got terrible reviews but that was less important to me than being able to sit comfortably with my back straight and legs perpendicular to assist with circulation. Based on the reviews, I was concerned that the chair might be too small. My chair must be made totally differently from those reviewers chairs because this one is incredible! It was delivered very quickly - ordered Sunday night, delivered Thursday morning by FedEx. I'm a 72 year old female at 150 pounds, it weighed 82 pounds, so I just opened the box on the back porch where it was delivered and removed it from the box in sections. It is well engineered for quick assembly by myself! Very solid and sturdy. Then I sat in it. OMG! Incredibly comfortable! I'm 5'5" and my feet are a couple inches above the floor, but by sitting straight against the back with legs extended it is perfect. I am in love with the additional features! The massage offers different options with Hi and Low settings. The Low setting is most comfortable for me. Heat is available on the lumbar area with or without the massage feature, and fits my lower back perfectly! I'm not crazy about the color, it's more of a dark taupe than a (caramel color) camel, but I love this chair! I highly recommend it! ... show more

The chair came earlier than expected. It’s a good size and easy to put together. My grandma loved it! It’s super comfy with all the cushioned areas. The massage part is pretty okay. It’s like vibrating sensations but no pressure. The only thing is putting back the recliner. My grandma struggles with it a little, but doesn’t mind too much of it. I feel like this chair would’ve suited someone who had a little more strength on the legs to get themselves up and pushed in. Other than that, great buy! Have it for about a week now, and it hasn’t broken down for us (hopefully it doesn’t). ... show more

The chair looks great.. it feels nice and comfy . But the age old saying you get what you pay for.. it broke on day 3.. and because I need a chair we have to deal with it.. I sat back and reclined and it broke on the left side.. other than that the chair is a wonderful seat... Very easy to put together .. It's size is nice. I think the seat of the chair is stable and nice. Massage feature works good as well. I am happy with the size .. again I am disappointed that it broke on the Third day and because of that I can not give five stars.. I have had my chair taken care of.. this company is a good one.. they fixed my issue fast and efficiently! Five star worthy! ... show more

This is a super nice chair. However know what your buying . I am 5 foot 3 so not that big and my feet hang off the end of the recliner. And the massage feature is really a vibration feature wich is ok but not what i consider massage. However its sturdy , it is a recliner, it is pretty and will do well for small people and small spaces. having owned this since march i am updating my review . This chair is not made well . It is not even a year old and sits cockeyed. Reaching in the cushions I have put my finger through the fabric...Imagine searching for a bill flap and having that happen. It is shocking. After nine months i am disappointed deeply by this purchase. Far beyond it being small and only vibrating . ... show more

First, I live in an apartment complex. FedEx dropped it NOT at my door, but like 5 feet away and just left it there...did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. If I didn't have ring doorbell I may not have known I had a shipment until 3 hours later when they updated with Amazon and by that time my chair could have been stolen. So "great" job FedEx! The chair itself was easy to put together. It may have taken 10 minutes at most. Unboxing was easy but took a little time. The box was very secure and they packed the chair with an abundance of caution. The material is very nice and soft, but sitting in the chair was disappointing. It feels like I'm sitting directly on wood. The message mode feels good but I can barely feel the heat on my back, which is one of the main reasons I purchased the chair. I'll see if it loosens over time and use. If so, I will update. At the moment, it's ok at best. ... show more

This velvety soft recliner is well stuffed, and extremely comfortable. The vibrating massage and heat are an instant recipe for a nap. It's not huge, so it can fit in many spaces. That being said, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 6", as it might be short for your legs. I'm a 5'8" lady and it's perfect. I use it for my gaming setup with a lapdesk, and I guarantee no one games as comfortabley as I do! ... show more

Super easy to assemble. From opening the box opening to finishing the assembly, I was enjoying my heated massage within 5 minutes. Relatively firm padding, makes this chair feel really high end. The control is easy to use and the massage is awesome. There is A lower setting for massage. Both settings feel great. I bought 2 of them and I am so happy with them. I bought 2 chairs...last March (2024) and honestly.... They are extremely comfy, an fit my area well... When I received 1 of them... I had an issue with the heat and massAge not working ...I contacted the seller for a new motor ..an they shipped me a whole new chair .. so I ended up with 3 all together .. I didn't have any issues with the seller...an I use my chairs everyday...an love them... I wanted to use them for a little while B4 I wrote a review on them due to all the bad comments...
