I have POTS and possible hEDS and compression garments are the difference between being upright or bedridden. After much research I found that many people like myself benefit from corsets. While any corset might help with blood pressure, posture, keeping the joints in place and relieving coat hanger pain they are not all made equal. I got this on a lightning deal figuring I'd try it for the price. Taking into account other reviews I bought a size down from what I normally wear. I am 5'6" and 180. I normally wear an xl. This corset is well made, thick and sturdy. It fits my torso perfectly and with the extender, I can get it to the second hook row. Hubs was thrilled as it smoothed my tummy and erased the appearance of my baby weight. It offers great back support, looks great, and works wonderfully, for my needs.

Comfiest waist trainer ever! I do wish it was like an inch or two longer cause I’m 5’2 and it still doesn’t cover everything I want it to. Also, SIZE DOWN! Very stretchy. I got a medium after reading reviews, and probably could’ve gotten a small. I’m usually a 12 in pants and wear a Medium or Large shirt. Overall super solid, wore all day at work with no discomfort.

This is by far the best waist trainer I have ever purchased. It comes with an extender which I've used with some of my other trainers that are too small. It's durable and comfortable. I like it so much I have purchased 3 of them.

Pro: The quality seems great, and the length for my torso is perfect. Con (and reason for returning): I am by no means a small woman, I wear sized large clothing and have an average waist for someone 180 lbs. I ordered a medium because the reviews say to size down. The medium was much too big. So I’m going to exchange it for a small and see how it fits. Be warned that you may have to size down two sizes!

Imma just say GO TWO SIZES DOWN ... Putting all my faith in the comments that's exactly what I did . And I love how comfortable it is and it will get u snatched. Imma large but I got a small because of the extender. Day 2 it was hard to get it on but once your in it.... it's comfortable to wear. Quality is A1 TOP TIER!!!! It's stretchable but not super stretchy were it defeats the purpose . Definitely my favorite .

Going by their size chart I should have ordered a 6xl but instead I ordered a 5xl because I listened to reviews so glad I did but I wish I would had ordered 4x bc it fits a little loose. 6xl would have been way too big serving no purpose. It does come with an extender but I don’t need it. Very happy with it, I’ll likely wrap tighter underneath. I still love it! great quality.

It’s comfortable but runs kind of big. I suggest sizing down. I got a small and usually I’m a median and the small still seems big. I’m already at the last hooks and I’ve only worn it for about 2 weeks, but overall I love the feel and how it shapes my waist.
