This chair was purchased for my 84 year old mother. She fell and broke her hip a few years ago and has been having increased trouble getting out of her favorite chair so I purchased this in hopes that it would help. Family put the chair together and she has had it almost a month when I check on how she likes it I find pillows and blankets piled in the chair because it’s so hard it hurts her to sit in the chair. I said it’s all in your head cleaned the chair out and sat down. When I say this is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat on it’s no exaggeration. Do not get this chair! I tried to return the chair to the seller. Mind you I paid 50.00 shipping to receive the chair they want me to pay 160 to return the chair for them to give me a 40.00 credit on a 500.00 chair.

I bought this recliner to aid in my recovery from a tummy tuck, to lift up without muscle use and this chair delivered on helping out with that! I give it a 5 star rating for overall but there is one area that needs to be addressed and rated that is NOT listed above. That is the length of the feet rest. I am 5'7 1/2". and was too short for my feet to set on the rest. My husband is 5'4" and his feet fit perfect. So it's made for a smalerl person. Also Note that the rate of response for the incline and decline is very slow and when fully reclined back the feet are NOT elevated above your heart.

I ordered two of these chairs one for home and one for our summer house. When they arrived I put the first one together right away and it was extremally easy to do. The motor on these are chairs are extremally quite, you can not hear them run at all. I did run to an issue with the remote wire connections that control the heat and message that didn't fit together. After a couple of emails to the seller, they sent out the correct remote and it took two seconds to plug it and we where off and running. very comfortable and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for one of these chairs.

6 months after ordering this chair for my (69 y/o) husband it broken down. The company was great to replace the chair. The 2nd chair broken down 11 months later. When it broke my husband was in the house alone, while I was out taking care of my animals. He panicked. These chairs are only wood and staples. I would NOT recommend this chair for any elderly living alone and that needs a chair lift to get up.

This chair has an unupholstered board at the junction of the seat and back. When the chair goes into the recline position, the board hits you in the back. I had to insert a rolled towel between the back and seat to pad this area. The only reason I did not return the chair is that my reading light scorched the upholstery, otherwise I would have returned it. In addition, a huge production failure is the connection between the motor and the hand control. The connecting cable is far too short. The connections between the chair mechanism and the hand control cables are tenuous at best. There is no latching mechanism to keep the connection secure. We had to duct tape the cable connection to make as secure as we could. Having had the unnerving experience of having the connection come apart at 1:30 AM, I did not want to go through that again. Fortunately, I had my adult grandson available to rescue me and repair the problem. If I had the option to buy again, I would not and I cannot recommend this chair to anyone with confidence.

The directions suck but there’s a YouTube video I used to help although it wasn’t much better. Luckily it’s pretty self explanatory so I figured it out. I’m 41 year old female and was able to put this together for my 90 year old grandmother in about 20 or 30 mins. She loves the massage and the lift helps so much to get her butt out of the chair without me having to pull or tug on her fragile skin. Well worth the money. This replaces her lazy boy recliner and she brags it’s much softer and much more padded than the lazy boy! I don’t think she can actually feel the heat but I bought her a nice electric blanket which may be why she doesn’t notice the heat in the chair. I’d say we are 100% happy with our purchase. She weighs 180lbs and is 5’4” tall. I opted for the larger version probably would have been fine to have gone with the smaller one as she has lots of room on either side with the larger one.

This is the most comfortable chair! My husband and I bought this recliner as I have very bad knees and I am anticipating a total knee replacement surgery soon and I will need help getting in and out of chairs. I thought this may help me. As for my husband, well, let's just say, he hasn't even let me use it yet as he likes it so much... I may have to order another 1. hahaha! The price is fantastic if you have ever looked online or in the big box stores, the fabric is very comfortable and will be easy to clean should we spill. It was very easy to assemble, it's not as bulky as we thought, so having 2 in our small place won't be an issue, (we live in a mobile home) I would say this is an excellent purchase.
