I am a regular at taking creatine to help with muscle building and endurance. I highly recc if you weight lift and have not started already, BUT this review is not about Creatine the supplement in general is it?? This product is amazing and I am so happy it exists. I was so TIRED of my creatine in powder form ( will not name other brands ) staying at the bottom of my glass. I dreaded drinking that grainy white end of cup devil stuff. I honestly would just stop drinking that and probably lost out on at least a gram that I could have been ingesting. I looked for other solutions and even tried to dissolve the powder form in warmer water??? but no one wants to drink WARM pre-workout with their creatine. Anyways, this product saved my long lasting problem. Taste and Texture: Its actually not bad. It is grainy when chewing, but its a supplement so its not like you are expecting a chocolate bar and yes it is tolerable. My boyfriend looks forward to eating them, and I honestly just have it apart of my routine in the AM and could not care less. Convenience: I am always in a hurry, and I love how I can just grab some and go. I don’t need to dissolve them in liquid or have to worry about bringing a drink with me. Amount? : You get quite a few for what you pay for. The serving size suggest eating 4 a DAY, but that is if you want to take 5 grams. 5 grams is a lot of creatine unless you’re loading. Normal dose is between 2-3.5, so I take two (I weigh 160, box and weight-lift) and my boyfriend who is bigger (around 210 and weight-lifts) takes three. If you are tired of drinking the end of cup disgusting non dissolvable creatine powder, I would definitely recommend getting this. This brand and product has a new loyal buyer. ... show more

This is a really cool product, but the cost is not efficient at all. This would easily be a five-star product if not for the cost per serving ratio. For context, these chewables are $1 per serving while Animal Creatine XL is $1 for 3 servings. I just don’t feel like it is worth it for the chewables. They do taste great and are convenient though. If Animal could get these closer to XL in price, then definitely worth it. ... show more

I usually take creatine powder as it's cheap and convenient for me. However, I'm traveling and decided to give this a shot as I don't want to pack a bunch of powder with me. Overall these are great - the fruit punch flavor is good and doesn't taste nasty or chemically. I will note though, you need to suck on each tablet for a good minute or so before chewing, otherwise you may crack a tooth. They're hard. While the performance of these are fine they are not chewable at all. I’ve purchased different flavors in the past and they were easily chewed but this particular batch will literally crack your teeth if you try to chew them. They’re as hard as a jawbreaker

I just ordered my second bottle to keep at work. I loathe coffee as it makes me use the restroom, ZOA helps but ingesting a can makes me want to use the restroom as well. These are the perfect substitute for those looking for a pick-me-up without having to down a can of something. The name “chews” is a bit misleading though as these aren’t chews are much as they are melts. Think of a giant SweetTart and that’s the idea of the texture. However, it ended up being better because I can keep some in my car and if I’m feeling drowsy on the drive home I pop one and let it slowly melt under my tongue and it helps. I have not taken more than two at a time and that’s right before my workout. I take one after lunch to fight that midday drowsiness and it’s enough. These are pretty strong for me and that’s saying a lot considering some of the other caffeine heavy stuff I’ve tried with little effect. Directions say take 4 chews but I’d start with one. Some people complain about stomach issues but I’ve had none, perhaps they need to scale back their portion and see if that helps. ... show more
