I’ve been on bikes all my life. As I’ve grown older I’ve gotten a bit heavier. I’m 6,5 295# s. Stocky. I hate small tinki wheels and wimpy frames that just won’t hold. I ordered this bike and read all the reviews and they don’t give this bike justice. No it’s not a deep woods speed racer it’s a beach cruiser or city cruiser. I assembled it in under 30 minutes 20 of which was cutting it out of the box and cutting those zip ties that deliver my baby home safe to me. It was worth the time. They packaged the bike in an awsome manner. Keep in mind if you decide you don’t like this bike don’t unbox it. You will never repackage it in a million years. Just send it back and eat the shipping. Drive one before ordering. I love mine 5 stars all day long. It’s fast, fun and easy on pedal assist. Breaks stop me just fine, lights are bright and adjustable. I can’t say enough about it. Ide buy another one if I had 2 asses. Just watch a boat load of videos and make an informed decision and don’t believe it when they say 15 amp battery and you can go 200 miles. Nope doesn’t work that way. Get informed and educate yourself and have fun doing it. Be blessed and by a helmet and have fun shopping. P.s. if you don’t buy this product your wishing you did. Ok so now after 3200 miles this is what I think This bike is a really nice, and comfortable been through 3 sets of brake pads and numerous flat tires also quite a few spokes. The battery is now 9 months old and I'm averaging about 12 miles per bar, having kept the battery in ac when not in use and charging after every 40 miles. Overall the battery is the only disappointment losing almost 50% in 9 mos. ... show more

What I like best is that it is easy to work on. Customer service is supportive and responsive. I wish there was a bike shop that would work on it on the West Coast for the times I don’t feel like doing maintenance. As you can see I would buy one again.

Had my local bike shop ( assembled ) battery life on 52 v.... on full throttle is close to 160 miles ... speeds at 34 mph to 35 ..... build quality excellent ... & great for peddling

My 14 year old saved all summer to buy this bike. He loved it from the moment it arrived. After a few months the kickstand broke at the weld line. Not sure what happened. I contacted the seller and they were great. Easy communication, fast response, and the replacement part was sent free of charge.
