Luckily, it will suit our purpose as an infrared cooker (as stated on a label on the product), but if you're looking for an induction cooktop, this is NOT the one. I have this sitting on top of my Viking oven. Natural gas prices just went into the stratosphere so I’m going full electric until costs come back to reality. This stovetop has already paid for itself in gas savings.

    • Misleading Description and Poor Quality
I recently purchased this electric cooktop, and I must say I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The first issue I encountered was that the size of the cooktop did not match the description provided on the website. The dimensions mentioned were completely inaccurate, making it difficult for me to fit the appliance into my kitchen setup as intended. This misleading information not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary frustration. Furthermore, the overall quality of this cooktop is incredibly cheap. From the moment I took it out of the box, it was evident that the materials used were of subpar quality. The cooktop feels flimsy and lacks the sturdiness one would expect from a reliable appliance. It not only affects the aesthetics of my kitchen but also raises concerns about its durability and longevity.     • Couple problems
unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. Firstly, it turned out not to be an induction cooktop, which was a bit disappointing. And secondly, the burners are positioned too close to each other, making it impossible to place three pots on the stove at the same time. While the stove top itself looks sleek and modern, its design flaws made it difficult for me to use it efficiently. The limited space between the burners made cooking a bit of a hassle, and I had to constantly juggle pots and pans around to make it work. It just didn't provide the convenience and ease that I was looking for. Overall, I have to say that I'm not entirely satisfied with this electric burner stove top. It might work well for someone with different cooking needs, but for me, it just didn't live up to my expectations. If you're in the market for a stove top, I would recommend looking for one with more space between burners or investing in an induction cooktop instead. ... show more
