I have previously purchased another brand, and it was difficult to connect because it requires 2.4 ghz, and even after I was able to connect it at the furthest point from the modem, it would become unresponsiveness after less than a minute every time. Plugs looks like ok, but works unreliable in my environment. In most cases i click it on my app and app shows that plug state is chnged, but plug itself doing nothing. So i can't trust it. Also Easy mode pairing never works for me. Always have to use AP mode pairing ..

I just go to installing these, bought several dozen of them. Since it's been 30 days since I ordered them, I'm out literally hundreds of dollars. So far one of them has screw holes that are too small for the wall place. Two of them have now completely stopped working. The first one just stopped and tripped the breaker. The second one, literally seconds after I installed it, the bottom outlet wouldn't work and the top outlet stopped working a few seconds later. Would NOT recommend. If I could return these I would because they weren't cheap, but they are clearly cheaply made. ... show more

I’ve purchased this for the USB-C port. Setup and install was easy and it was recognized by Smart Life app right off the bat. After setting it up, I tested each port and all but the USB-C port would generate power to the devices. The port wouldn’t even charge an Apple Watch 7. I returned it and waited for the replacement to arrive. Again setup and install was a breeze, but again, the USB-C wouldn’t charge any USB-C device we had. Returning for a full refund.
