Excellent product. Supplied videos make installation much easier. Retains factory steering wheel controls, and factory amp with factory infinity sound system. Provisions for addition accessories also. Works well. To note. this kit is for standard radio, and not necessarily the Factory REC 6 disc navigation radio surround. It will work but has gaps above and below. Would need an additional trim kit to fill the space.

This sound system is a perfect means of incorporating new technology in your old Dodge Ram. First, the 9.7 inch display is user friendly, and the system is perfect when used for navigation purposes, playing music, taking calls, and viewing the rear-view camera. Moreover, wireless CarPlay and Android Auto come handy as they do not require any connection between the sound system and your smartphone all the time. Also, I appreciate that the device has GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, FM radio, and steering wheel controls, thus providing all necessary technologies to satisfy the needs of users. As far as this is 2GB RAM model, one should not expect high speed performance, but for regular usage, it will be okay. Make sure your truck does not have a power amplifier first.
